Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution has brought about significant changes in all fields, including the financial sector. Personal finance management involves various aspects, including: 1). Budget planning (budgeting): Developing a plan for expenses and income on a regular basis. 2). Expenditure control: Regulating consumption patterns so as not to exceed income. 3). Saving and investment: Setting aside a portion of income for future needs or increasing asset value. 4). Debt management: Avoiding and/or managing debt so that it remains within repayment limits. 5). Long-term financial planning: Setting financial goals such as education, home, retirement, or emergency fund. The main goal of personal financial management is for individuals to achieve financial stability, avoid unnecessary financial risks, and have a more financially prosperous life.The implementation of community service goes well, this can be seen from the results of the completion of assignments by training participants to record personal finances using Microsoft excel and the implementation of excel formulas that can facilitate training participants in calculating the final balance. It is hoped that after this training participants can implement personal finance and financial records to be more structured and well recorded so that training participants can plan finances for a better future.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the Implementation of Criminal and Guidance Wargabinaan Narcotics Crime in Correctional Institution Narcotics Class II A Langkat and to know the obstacles faced by correctional officers and solutions that have been done by correctional officers in coaching inmates in order to realize the correctional system. The method used in this research is juridical sociological to get real legal research by going directly to the object, primary data obtained directly from the source through interviews with correctional officers and prisoners concerned, and secondary data used as supporting data in this study. From the results of the research obtained by the Criminal Implementation and Development of Wargabinaan, namely: Development of Religious Awareness through learning the Koran, istigosah, hadrah, and worship practices, Development of Nation and State Awareness through ceremonial activities and apples, Intellectual Development through libraries and information media such as television, Development of Legal Awareness through legal counseling, Development of Integration with the Community through Conditional Release, Conditional Leave and Leave before release. The obstacles faced in the Development of Personality of Prisoners are: Lack of quantity of employees, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, excess capacity of prisoners and detainees,namely: Lack of quantity of employees, Inadequate facilities and infrastructure, Excess capacity of inmates and detainees, Lack of coaching time, Constraints from the prisoners themselves and Constraints from the Community

Abstract

A successful learning process requires adaptation to the diversity of students' characteristics, both in terms of learning styles and mastery of the material. The learning process in the use of digital media as learning materials is one relevant solution. Creative delivery of material can increase enthusiasm for learning. Canva is an easily accessible design platform that can be used to present learning materials in a visual and attractive way. This study was conducted to evaluate the extent to which the use of Canva as a presentation tool impacts learning outcomes at SMK XYZ. Learning outcomes were obtained from the same students who took pretest and posttest exams. The study used a quantitative approach, with a sample of 25 students who had undergone pretest and posttest treatments. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test via the SPSS application. The analysis results showed that the calculated t-value of -5.634 exceeded the critical t-value of 2.060 at a 5% significance level. These findings indicate a significant improvement in learning outcomes after the implementation of Canva in the learning process. In conclusion, the use of Canva not only enriches the visualization of materials but also encourages active student participation. Therefore, the implementation of creative digital media such as Canva is worth considering as a teaching strategy in vocational high school environments
