Abstract

In an ever-evolving information age, digitalization has reshaped the economic management landscape, opening up new opportunities while presenting a unique set of challenges. This literature review aims to explore the influence of digitalization on economic management theory and practice, highlighting the changes taking place in the way companies conduct their operations and interact with global markets. The study adopts an analytical approach to the existing literature according to the context of the research discussed. The results show that digitalization has catalyzed innovations in data collection and analysis, introduced automation and increased operational efficiency, and opened pathways for personalization of products and services. These factors have collectively enhanced companies' competitiveness and ability to operate on a global scale. However, these shifts also pose significant challenges, including cybersecurity concerns, the need for labor skills transfer, and the digital divide between different economic actors. Moreover, the findings emphasize the need for adaptive regulatory frameworks that can support cross-border cooperation while ensuring ethical and sustainable practices.

Abstract

Abstract : This study examines the analysis of the effect of human resource evaluation on employee performance at PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. The purpose of this research is to find out how far the evaluation of human resources has an influence on the performance of employees of PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. The results obtained from the regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 tool indicate that there is an effect of evaluating human resources on employee performance at PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra, where the results of R in simple linear regression analysis show a correlation between the two independent variables and one dependent variable. The R number is 0.251, meaning that the correlation of HR management evaluation is 0.63. This means that there is a strong relationship because the value is close to 1. Meanwhile, the results of R Square (R2) show the value of the coefficient of determination. This figure will be changed to the form of a percentage, which means the percentage of contribution to the influence of the dependent variable. The R2 value of 0.63 means that the evaluation of human resource management on employee performance is 63.0% while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Abstrak : Penelitian ini menguji analisi tentang pengaruh Evaluasi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada  PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo Kabupaten Lahat Sumatera  Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana evaluasi sumberdaya manusia mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo Kabupataen Lahat Sumatera Selatan. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis regresi dengan mengunakan alat SPSS versi 22  menunjukkan bahwa  ada pengaruh evaluasi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo Kabupaten Lahat Sumatera Selatan dimana hasil R dalam analisis regresi liner sederhana menunjukan korelasi  yaitu antara dua variabel independent terhadap satu variabel dependent. Angka R didapat 0,251 artinya korelasi evaluasi manajemen sdm sebesar 0,63 hal ini bearti terjadi hubungan yang kuat karena nilainya mendekati 1. Sedangkan hasil R Square (R2) yaitu menunjukan nilai koefisien determinasi. Angka ini akan di ubah ke bentuk persen yang artinya persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel dependent. Nilai R2sebesar 0,63 artinya evaluasi manajemen sumbe rdaya manusia  terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 63,0% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution has brought about significant changes in all fields, including the financial sector. Personal finance management involves various aspects, including: 1). Budget planning (budgeting): Developing a plan for expenses and income on a regular basis. 2). Expenditure control: Regulating consumption patterns so as not to exceed income. 3). Saving and investment: Setting aside a portion of income for future needs or increasing asset value. 4). Debt management: Avoiding and/or managing debt so that it remains within repayment limits. 5). Long-term financial planning: Setting financial goals such as education, home, retirement, or emergency fund. The main goal of personal financial management is for individuals to achieve financial stability, avoid unnecessary financial risks, and have a more financially prosperous life.The implementation of community service goes well, this can be seen from the results of the completion of assignments by training participants to record personal finances using Microsoft excel and the implementation of excel formulas that can facilitate training participants in calculating the final balance. It is hoped that after this training participants can implement personal finance and financial records to be more structured and well recorded so that training participants can plan finances for a better future.
