Abstract

This study aims to explain how implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) can improve a company’s operational performance. TQM is a management approach that focuses on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and employee involvement. By applying TQM principles such as quality planning, process control, and teamwork, companies can reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve product or service quality. The study finds that companies that consistently apply TQM tend to achieve better productivity, faster response time, and higher customer satisfaction. Therefore, TQM is an effective strategy for improving overall operational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Pada PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Unit Airport Rescue And Fire Fighting(ARFF) Bandara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Maros. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu survei explanatory dan analisis jalur dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung pada variabel yang diteliti. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui keseimbangan kerja–kehidupan. Permasalahan penelitian berangkat dari tingginya tuntutan pekerjaan dan tekanan kerja yang dihadapi karyawan pada industri perhotelan, yang berpotensi memengaruhi kinerja dan kesejahteraan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Tree Hotel Panakkukang Makassar by LIFE dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja dan stres kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap keseimbangan kerja–kehidupan. Selanjutnya, keseimbangan kerja–kehidupan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, keseimbangan kerja–kehidupan terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi parsial dalam hubungan antara beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keseimbangan kerja–kehidupan merupakan faktor penting dalam meminimalkan dampak negatif beban kerja dan stres kerja, serta berperan strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada industri perhotelan.

Abstract

One increasingly relevant approach is the use of micro-influencers, whose content credibility is believed to foster consumer trust and encourage digital engagement. However, many MSME actors still face challenges in optimizing influencer marketing, and prior research has reported contradictory findings. This study aims to analyze the effect of micro-influencer content credibility on consumers’ purchase intention in culinary MSMEs, both directly and indirectly through brand trust and digital engagement. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of AMOS software. Data were collected from 210 respondents who are consumers of culinary MSMEs in Pare-Pare City and Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The results show that micro-influencer content credibility has a significant positive effect on brand trust, digital engagement, and purchase intention. Furthermore, digital engagement was found to mediate the relationship between micro-influencer content credibility and purchase intention, while the mediating role of brand trust was not significant. These findings provide theoretical contributions to the literature on influencer-based digital marketing and practical implications in the form of recommendations for MSMEs to optimize collaborations with credible micro-influencers in creating interactive content that enhances consumer digital engagement and drives purchase intention.
