Abstract

As a strategic step of the local government in continuous improvement activities, this study aimed to describe the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat analysis in the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2015 in elements of planning in Pemerintah Negeri Rutong Kota Ambon by Planning, Implementation (Do), Evaluation (Check) and Monitoring (Action). This study used a qualitative methodology with the researcher as the main instrument. Data sources for the study were team management and documentation and it was conducted in Pemerintah Negeri Rutong Kota Ambon. Analyzing the data using descriptive qualitative analysis, verifying the accuracy of the data during in-depth interviews with the employees of state institutions to triangulate the data with the source. The results showed that the SWOT analysis of the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2015 is updated. in a growth strategy phase that offers tremendous opportunity and potential for improvement. Each PDCA element of QMS ISO 9001: 2015 implementation has opportunities, threats, weaknesses and strengths that can be used for the continuous improvement of Pemerintah Negeri Rutong Kota Amboni. A SWOT analysis with the following criteria can be used to implement the strategy: socio-cultural, economic, environmental, special program of integrated economy and development of tourist villages.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi dan analisis yang berkaitan dengan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis di kantor KSOP kelas II Gresik dalam meningkatkan efektifitas kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara terhadap lima karyawan perusahaan dan dijadikan sebagai informan penelitian. Selain wawancara, peneliti juga mengamati langsung ke lapangan dan dokumentasi beberapa data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kantor KSOP kelas II Gresik telah menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi sebagai berikut: pertama, Kepemimpinan mampu untuk mempengaruhi dan mengarahkan suatu kelompok dengan cara yang efektif dan efisien untuk mencapai satu tujuan yang sama; kedua, kepemimpinan berusaha mencapai efektifitas kinerja karyawan sebuahsuatu faktor penting bagi perusahaan agar tercapai produktifitas yang maksimal; ketiga, pemimpin perusahan selalu mendengarkan segala bentuk kritik, saran, dan pendapat karyawan demi kemajuan perusahaan; keempat, pemimpin selalu mengikutsetakan karyawan dalam memutuskan suatu keputusan melalui musyawarah maupun mufakat bersama; kelima, pemimpin perusahaan telah melakukan kerjasama yang baik dengan bawahan, pemimpin senantiasa terjun langsung ke lapangan bersama karyawannya agar mengetahui kondisi dan keadaan dilapangan kerja. Kata-kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratif, Efektifitas Kinerja Karyawan   DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP STYLE ANALYSIS TO INCREASING THE PERFORMANCE EFFECTIVENESS OF CLASS II GRESIK KSOP EMPLOYEES  ABSTRACT  This study aims to provide a description and analysis related to the democratic leadership style in the class II Gresik KSOP office in increasing the effectiveness of employee performance. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach is used in this study. Primary data collection through interviews with five company employees and used as research informants. In addition to interviews, researchers also observed directly in the field and documented some data. The results of the study show that the leadership of the KSOP class II Gresik office has shown the following democratic leadership styles: first, leadership is able to influence and direct a group in an effective and efficient way to achieve a common goal; second, leadership seeks to achieve effective employee performance, an important factor for the company to achieve maximum productivity; third, company leaders always listen to all forms of criticism, suggestions and opinions of employees for the betterment of the company; fourth, leaders always involve employees in making decisions through deliberation or mutual consensus; fifth, company leaders have worked well with subordinates, leaders always go directly to the field with their employees so they know the conditions and conditions in the workplace.
