Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of the internal control system, village apparatus competence and organizational culture on preventing fraud in managing village funds. The research population was all village officials in 20 Wndusari District village offices. The sampling technique used purposive sampling consisting of the village head, secretary, treasurer and planning head. The research sample was 73 respondents. Data analysis used SPSS version 26. The results of this research show that the internal control system has a positive effect on preventing fraud in managing village funds, while the competence of village officials and organizational culture have not effect on preventing fraud in managing village funds

Abstract

Ethanol is beneficial for the sterilization process and increases the rate of photosynthesis. Measurement of ethanol concentration is necessary because ethanol in high concentrations can cause several health problems, such as eye irritation, coughing, lacerations, and ineffective plant sterilization processes. Therefore, a sensor-based measurement system is needed to measure the total gas concentration in liquid organic fertilizer. This research aims to characterize the MQ-8 sensor and analyze the ethanol concentration for the fermentation process. The results of this study indicate that the MQ-8 sensor can work well in measuring the concentration of a single ethanol compound with an accuracy of 91%. The total concentration of ethanol gas in each sample liquid organic fertilizer is measured between 216 ppm to 1583 ppm, depending on the fermented plant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif, minat belajar, dan aktivitas siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan Kahoot pada materi usaha dan energi. Hasil belajar kognitif dalam penelitian ini merujuk pada kemampuan siswa dalam menguasai, memahami, dan menerapkan konsep IPA yang mencakup proses berpikir dari tingkat rendah hingga tinggi (C1–C6). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pada 22 siswa kelas VIII MTs SA Jabal Nuur, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes, angket, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang konsisten, di mana nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 65,2 pada pra-siklus menjadi 72,4 pada siklus I dan 82,1 pada siklus II, ketuntasan klasikal dari 40,9% menjadi 86,4%, minat belajar dari 2,8 menjadi 4,1, serta aktivitas siswa dari 45% menjadi 85%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi TGT dengan Kahoot mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis gamifikasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan serta hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan Kahoot yang diintegrasikan secara sistematis dalam seluruh sintaks TGT, bukan hanya sebagai alat evaluasi, menjadi keunikan yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

The increase in world nickel demand has prompted the Indonesian government to implement downstream policies to increase the added value of mineral commodities before they are exported to the international market. This study aims to analyze the influence of downstream policies, exchange rates, production levels, and international prices on Indonesia's nickel export volume with global demand as a mediating variable. The research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data for the period 2015–2024 obtained from various official institutions such as the Central Statistics Agency, Bank Indonesia, TradeMap, and the World Trade Organization. The analysis was carried out based on international trade theory, comparative advantage theory, Heckscher-Ohlin theory, value-added theory, and derived demand theory. The results of the study show that the downstream policy contributes to increasing the competitiveness of Indonesia's nickel exports through increasing the added value of products. Production levels have an important influence in maintaining the sustainability of export supply, while exchange rates and international prices affect the competitiveness of Indonesian products in the global market. Global demand has proven to be a mechanism that strengthens the relationship between these variables and export volumes. The findings of the study show that the success of Indonesia's nickel exports is not only determined by production and price factors, but also influenced by government policies and international market dynamics.
