Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in developing kinesthetic intelligence in early childhood at RA Amal Ikhlas, Jalan Cemara, Percut Sei Tuan, Medan. The subjects of the study were 17 children in group B, consisting of 12 girls and 5 boys. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that teachers have an important role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning activities that develop kinesthetic intelligence, such as role playing, gymnastics, dancing, and rhythmic movement games. Activities that are systematically designed can encourage children to develop motor skills, body coordination, and creative expression. This study concludes that the role of teachers is very vital in stimulating children's kinesthetic intelligence through planned and enjoyable activities.
