Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the effectiveness of the psychodrama approach in increasing students' self-confidence. The psychodrama approach emphasizes role-playing, spontaneity, and exploration of emotional experiences in social groups. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used by collecting 20 scientific articles from various international databases (Google Scholar, Springer, Wiley, ProQuest, ResearchGate) in the period 2015–2025. The selection process was carried out through strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, as well as thematic analysis. The results showed that psychodrama had a positive effect on reducing social anxiety, increasing self-expression and validation, and strengthening students' social interactions. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings indicate that psychodrama is a potential intervention approach to be applied in formal educational settings.

Abstract

Bimbingan karir merupakan aspek penting dalam membantu siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA), khususnya kelas X, dalam merencanakan studi lanjut dan pengembangan karir masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk menganalisis 10 artikel ilmiah yang relevan terkait pengembangan media bimbingan karir berbasis Google Sites. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat, tantangan, serta strategi implementasi media digital interaktif dalam konteks pendidikan menengah. Hasil SLR menunjukkan bahwa Google Sites sebagai media digital mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar, keterlibatan siswa, serta efektivitas pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut. Integrasi platform ini dengan berbagai aplikasi Google mendukung penyajian materi yang komprehensif, fleksibel, dan mudah diakses. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital masih menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini menyajikan sintesis yang komprehensif sebagai dasar pengembangan media bimbingan karir digital di lingkungan SMA.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the importance of needs assessment in planning Guidance and Counseling programs in educational units. Based on a literature review of various empirical articles and reviews, it is known that needs assessment is the main foundation in designing effective, contextual, and responsive guidance services to students' needs at the private, social, academic, and career levels. This study method uses a systematic literature review approach and content analysis of 10 academic articles from national and international journals. The results show that the success of the BK program is highly dependent on the implementation of accurate and integrative assessments, especially in the digital era and multicultural society. The conclusion of this study recommends strengthening the capacity of BK teachers in conducting assessments based on data and digital technology.
