Abstract

Sistem Informasi Penjualan Sawit Pada Koperasi Unit Desa Biru Makmur Mandiri Bingin Rupit Berbasis Web adalah sebuah jawaban dari penelitian yang dilakukan di tempat penelitian. Saat ini proses penjualan dan pencatatan kelapa sawit masih melakukan sistem manual. Sehingga sering kali terjadi kesalahan yang berulang dan menyebabkan kerugian Koperasi Unit Desa. Proses penelitian di Koperasi unit desa tersebut menggunakan deskriftif yaitu dengan melakukan pendekatan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau menjelaskan suatu fenomena atau keadaan secara sistematis dan terperinci. Metode Pengumpulan Data menggunakan pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode Pengembangan Sistem menggunakan metode Sistem Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SDLC juga sering dikenal dengan istilah Waterfall karena pemodelan visual tahapan SDLC menyerupai air terjun. Perangkat lunak untuk menggunakan AppServ(Apache, MySql), PHP dan MYsql, Microsoft Office 2023 dan Microsoft Visio 2023 sebagai perangkat lunak pendukung. Dengan pengolahan data berbasis komputer akan lebih memudahkan pengolahan data di Sistem Informasi Penjualan Sawit Pada Koperasi Unit Desa Biru Makmur Mandiri Bingin Rupit Berbasis Web, seperti pengolahan data dan dengan aplikasi pengolahan data berbasis komputer dapat membantu karyawan di Sistem Informasi Penjualan Sawit Pada Koperasi Unit Desa Biru Makmur Mandiri Bingin Rupit Berbasis Web melakukan pencarian dalam data yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship has emerged as a critical approach to addressing social and environmental challenges while promoting community participation. This study explores public perceptions of social entrepreneurship and its impact on social participation in Indonesia through a qualitative analysis of interviews with five informants. The findings reveal that social entrepreneurship is widely viewed as a mechanism for solving social problems and fostering active engagement within communities. Key themes identified include the understanding and definition of social entrepreneurship, its positive influence on social participation, barriers to involvement, perceived benefits, and the critical role of education and awareness campaigns. The study concludes that while public perception is generally positive, significant efforts are needed to address barriers and enhance participation through increased education, awareness, and support. These insights contribute to the discourse on social entrepreneurship in developing countries and highlight pathways for enhancing its impact in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital-based employee training can improve the performance of UMKM by equipping employees with the digital skills needed to increase productivity, efficiency and innovation. This training can help UMKM improve their ability to compete in the digital market and improve the quality of service to customers. This research aims to show how digital-based training can improve the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The focus of the research is the impact of training UMKM employees in adopting digital technology, such as the use of HR software, e-learning platforms and accounting applications. The results of the research here are that digital-based training is proven to increase the efficiency and productivity of UMKM, UMKM can reach a wider market through digital marketing on social media and e-commerce platforms. The use of digital technology helps manage operations and finances more efficiently and the conclusion of this training is that increasing the competitiveness of UMKM in the digital era is very dependent on the availability of qualified human resource competencies, which can be achieved through digital-based training. Thus, digital-based employee training can be an effective solution to improve UMKM performance and increase competitiveness in the digital era.
