Abstract

Social entrepreneurship has emerged as a critical approach to addressing social and environmental challenges while promoting community participation. This study explores public perceptions of social entrepreneurship and its impact on social participation in Indonesia through a qualitative analysis of interviews with five informants. The findings reveal that social entrepreneurship is widely viewed as a mechanism for solving social problems and fostering active engagement within communities. Key themes identified include the understanding and definition of social entrepreneurship, its positive influence on social participation, barriers to involvement, perceived benefits, and the critical role of education and awareness campaigns. The study concludes that while public perception is generally positive, significant efforts are needed to address barriers and enhance participation through increased education, awareness, and support. These insights contribute to the discourse on social entrepreneurship in developing countries and highlight pathways for enhancing its impact in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Influence of Employee Work Motivation on Work Performance of Perum Bulog in Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this study is toTo find out whether there is an influence of motivation on work performance at Perum Bulog Banyuasin and which motivational factors have the most dominant influence on employee work performance at Perum Bulog Banyuasin. The results of statistical processing, the value of the simultaneous determination coefficient of the independent variable on the dependent variable obtained (R2), amounting to 0.862 or 86.2%%, indicating that the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 13.8%. From the results of the F test, the Sig Level value of 54.49 was obtained which is smaller than the significance level of 5% or the alpha value (α) of 0.05, which means that the variables Work motivation (X), R together have a significant influence on employee Work Performance (Y). The results obtained from the regression analysis using the SPSS version 15 tool show that there is an influence of motivation on work performance at Perum Bulog Banyuasin.

Abstract

Warung apung di sekitar Sungai Musi dan pedagang di Jalan Sekanak, Kota Palembang, memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata kuliner. Namun, mereka masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pemasaran dan transaksi, seperti minimnya pemanfaatan digital marketing dan sistem pembayaran digital. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan workshop bertajuk Digital Marketing: Meningkatkan Jangkauan Pasar UMKM melalui E-Commerce untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Kegiatan ini mencakup sosialisasi tentang e-commerce, pelatihan pemasaran digital, serta implementasi pembayaran non-tunai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta terhadap pemasaran digital dan sistem pembayaran digital masih rendah, dengan skor berkisar antara 40 hingga 70. Setelah pelatihan, hasil post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan skor peserta naik dalam kisaran 56 hingga 89. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berhasil meningkatkan literasi digital peserta. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi digitalisasi, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap perangkat digital dan kurangnya keterampilan dalam pembuatan konten pemasaran, pelatihan ini telah membuka peluang bagi warung apung dan pedagang di Jalan Sekanak untuk meningkatkan daya saing mereka. Keberlanjutan program ini dapat dicapai melalui pendampingan lebih lanjut dan dukungan dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan adopsi teknologi yang lebih luas di sektor UMKM kuliner Palembang.
