A discourse needs to be exposed in order to know its deepest meaning and what variables are hidden behind it. That is what this research wants to present through genealogical theory. The material object is Raghib al-Isfahani's moral thought, which is quite unique, namely making the shari'ah conception as its center. This study will discuss two main things, namely, (1) how is the conception of sharia in Raghib al-Isfahani's moral thought; (2) how is the genealogical construction of Raghib al-Isfahani's moral thought. This research is a library research. Michel Foucault's theory is used as an analytical knife. The results state: first, the conception of shari'ah in Raghib's moral thought has expanded its meaning, namely ahkam al-syariah and makarim al-syariah. Ahkam al-Sharia gave birth to dogmatic moral behavior as well as being the foundation of Makarim al-Sharia. As for Makarim al-Shariah itself gave birth to ethical moral behavior. Second, the genealogical construction of Raghib's moral thought is formed from several factors, the existence of a power struggle that causes social disorder (social disorder), the supremacy of sharia in all fields carried out by the Bani Seljuq government, and the development of imamate discourse by the assassin extremism movement. Raghib's moral thought was to rehabilitate the behavior of the people at that time while at the same time stemming the influence of the priestly discourse which tended to be destructive.

This research aims to understand the cosmological values in the life of the To Cerekang indigenous community. Local wisdom and environmental issues are closely intertwined in the lives of indigenous communities. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a cosmological study approach. Several stages of data collection such as observation, interviews, and documentation are employed. In the data analysis stage, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are conducted. Cosmological values in the conservation efforts of the To Cerekang indigenous community can be seen in various forms such as understanding of the universe, ecosystem interconnectedness, awareness of environmental vulnerability, and commitment to preservation. The To Cerekang indigenous community's understanding of the universe includes the function of ancestral values passed down to subsequent generations. Regarding ecosystem interconnectedness in the To Cerekang indigenous community's life, it is evident in the balanced interaction between humans and their environment. This also relates to the To Cerekang indigenous community's awareness of environmental vulnerability, demonstrated by their collective responsibility to protect various natural resources within their customary areas. This is accompanied by the To Cerekang indigenous community's commitment to environmental preservation, as shown by the commitment of each individual to adhere to all applicable customary rules.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh COVID-19 terhadap saham JII yang terdaftar di BEI periode sebelum dan sesudah lockdown. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 perusahaan di Jakarta Islamic Indeks yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia berdasarkan kriteria pengambilan sampel yang ditetapkan. Sumber data diperoleh dari website WHO, website kementrian kesehatan (Kemenkes) dan dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia, sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel perusahaan di Jakarta Islamic Index yang terdaftar di BEI yang di ambil dari bulan Maret 2020 â€“ April 2020 di masa Pandemi COVID-19. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini antara lain statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial berupa uji normalitas, uji one sample t-test, paired sample t-test, regresi linear sederhana dan uji regresi linier berganda dimana seluruhnya harus mensyaratkan data berdistribusi normal. Untuk data yang tidak berdistribusi normal uji hipotesis menggunakan uji non parametrik berupa uji Wilcoxon sign rank test.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada harga saham sebelum dan sesudah Lockdown. Penerapan kebijakan lockdwon berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, kasus yang terkonfirmasi virus COVID-19 tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, kasus yang sembuh dari virus COVID-19 tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, kasus yang meninggal akibat virus COVID-19 berpengaruh teradap harga saham.
