Abstract

Training on Using the Mendeley Application for Semester Students of the PPKN Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pattimura University, is an activity aimed at enabling students to use the Mendeley Application when completing their final writing. This training is also to increase students' understanding of the dangers of plagiarism as part of academic misconduct. . Through lecture methods, discussions and interactive activities, students are encouraged to understand the use of the Mendeley application when writing research proposals, research results and theses. The results of this program show active participation from students as well as increased student understanding of using the Mendeley application and in the future students will be able to use it in writing, thus this activity also reduces plagiarism crimes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the meaning of Constitutional Law on the Role of Saniri Negeri in Customary Government in Maluku Study of Sameth State Government. Saniri negeri has functions, legal, obligations that must be carried out. As a representation of citizens in government, Saniri together with the government of the sameth state must pay attention to various problems that occur in the country. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type (field research). The research subjects selected in this study include state government officials, members of Saniri Negeri and elements in the youth community and community leaders of the sameth state. Among others, saniri negeri 7-10 people. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and data retrieval. The results of the study are that. The results of the study indicate a positive relationship and influence between saniri and the community, meaning that the role of saniri negeri in channeling community aspirations has a positive role in influencing the preparation of development programs in Negeri Sameth. Strengthening Saniri also includes bottom-up relations where Saniri can develop their capacity and empower themselves as actors of social reconstruction by inviting the widest possible community participation through all initiatives and decisions they make. The integration of research conducted aims to restore and develop the capacity of Saniri, both the capacity of their institutions and the capacity of their members. In addition, strengthening the capacity of Saniri members is also carried out through education and training, socialization, and technical guidance by synergizing with a community institution (Tifa Damai Maluku Institute) which already has long experience in providing assistance to the community in Negeri Sameth.

Abstract

Today’s education requires students to possess knowledge and be able to use technology in their learning, such as the Canva app, which they can then use to create anti-corruption flyers. This activity equips students with basic graphic design skills through Canva to creatively promote anti-corruption values within the school environment. This community service activity employs participatory training methods and Project-Based Learning. Students at the Pattimura University Laboratory Junior High School were educated on the values of integrity, followed by hands-on practice designing anti-corruption flyers using the Template feature. The results of the activity demonstrate that students can use the application effectively, as evidenced by their creativity in selecting and finalizing designs, as well as their ability to craft anti-corruption narratives, resulting in flyers suitable for display on school bulletin boards and social media.

Abstract

The diversity of laws and regulations governing law enforcement in maritime and water areas, along with regulations containing procedural law, creates overlapping issues. This situation results in many subjects or agencies having authority over the same tasks within the same territory. This situation of one task with many officers can trigger conflicts between agencies. This article was written based on research using literature search methods and using available data. This research concludes that it is necessary to reorganize the law on maritime and coastal law enforcement in an integrated manner within an Lex Omnibus that systematically and comprehensively regulates the law on maritime and coastal law enforcement in Indonesia related to the utilization and management of marine resources, including maritime and coastal areas within the jurisdiction of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as a paradigm understanding between the parties involved.
