Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee performance on the quality of public administrative services at the Ongka Malino Sub-District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency. Using a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, data were collected through questionnaires completed by 30 respondents. The results show that employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services, with a significance value of 0.000 0.05 and a t-value of 7.305 t-table value of 0.0018. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 65,6% indicates that employee performance contributes to improving the quality of public services, while the remaining 34,4% is influenced by other factors. To maintain and improve service quality, it is recommended that the sub-district office enhance employee competencies through training, improve internal communication, and implement a more structured performance evaluation system.

Abstract

Relations between inter-Korean have worsened as tensions from the DPRK nuclear crisis have continued to escalate. Amidst the existing tensions, some of the Republic of Korea regimes have taken a humanist approach in dealing with the DPRK, which has resulted in improving relations between both countries. The author uses Samuel P. Huntington's political order theory to explore a stable and effective political system in managing conflict and making decisions. This study uses qualitative methods with secondary sources from journals, books, reports, official documents, and official websites. The results of this study indicate that the humanist approach is more effective in dealing with the DPRK through meetings held by the leaders of the two countries to build cooperative relations such as the construction of the Kaesong Industrial Complex, economic aid worth hundreds of billions of Won to prevent North Korea's nuclear development, and dialogue conducted through state meetings. In addition, policies made by the Republic of Korea, such as the Sunshine Policy, are able to embrace the DPRK and prioritize dialogue when the DPRK violates the agreement in cooperation without unilaterally terminating the cooperative relationship as was done by the Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye regimes with their conservative approaches. Political institutions also play an important role in making foreign policies that have an impact on the security stability of the Republic of Korea.

Abstract

Penentuan biaya produksi yang akurat merupakan elemen krusial dalam proses pengambilan keputusan manajerial, khususnya pada industri farmasi yang memiliki proses produksi kompleks dan bersifat regulatif. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pemanfaatan System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP) dalam mendukung pengelolaan perhitungan biaya produksi di sebuah perusahaan farmasi NVI yang berlokasi di Cianjur. Penelitian ini mengadopsi studi kasus dalam kerangka kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi lapangan langsung dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan modul-modul SAP, khususnya Controlling (CO) dan Materials Management (MM), mampu mengoptimalkan produktivitas dan akurasi dalam perhitungan biaya produksi, meminimalisir kesalahan input data, serta mempercepat proses pelaporan biaya. Selain itu, integrasi antarmodul SAP memberikan transparansi dan konsistensi data lintas departemen. Kendati demikian, ditemukan beberapa kendala dalam implementasi sistem seperti kebutuhan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan resistensi awal dari pengguna. Secara keseluruhan, pemanfaatan SAP memberikan andil positif pada efektivitas manajemen biaya produksi di perusahaan farmasi NVI.
