Abstract

The dollyo chagi kick can be done with 2 hits, namely the chest or stomach called momtong and the head direction called eolgol. The dollyo chagi kick that targets the head has relatively high points compared to those that hit the stomach and chest (Amdan & Sepdanius, 2019). The basic technique of the yeop chagi kick is a very effective kick technique to start an attack or defend against enemy attacks because it is easy to implement with a pushing technique. In this study, Kinovea 9.5 software was used to analyze the Dollyo Chagi and Yeop Chagi kicks of Panipak Wongpattanakit athletes. Data collection by preparing videos from world taekwondo youtube channels. The videos studied used the entire number of athlete matches, consisting of 4 matches, namely round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals. The duration of the match consists of 2x3, namely each round has a time of 2 minutes and in 1 match there are 3 rounds. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the dollyo chagi kick was more effective than the yeop chagi kick, the yeop chagi kick was the second most effective kick after the dollyo chagi. Abstract

Lingkungan yang dingin dan kurang nyaman secara psikologis dapat menurunkan fokus selama aktivitas fisik. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh aromaterapi atsiri bunga mawar terhadap konsentrasi member gym di ruangan ber-AC. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-eksperimen dan rancangan pretest-posttest control group, 40 member gym (20 kelompok eksperimen usia 18-30 tahun, 20 kelompok kontrol usia 31-50 tahun) dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Konsentrasi diukur menggunakan Test Grid Concentration Exercise. Data dianalisis dengan uji univariat, normalitas, homogenitas, dan bivariat (paired t-test) menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil menunjukkan aromaterapi atsiri bunga mawar secara signifikan meningkatkan konsentrasi. Skor rata-rata kelompok eksperimen meningkat dari 12,50 menjadi 21,15, sementara kelompok kontrol dari 13,00 menjadi 15,70. Uji paired t-test menunjukkan signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan peningkatan konsentrasi yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Terdapat korelasi positif kuat (0,700) antara pretest dan posttest pada kelompok eksperimen. Disimpulkan bahwa aromaterapi atsiri bunga mawar berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi member gym di ruangan ber-AC.

Abstract

This research is a study of students’ workbook in 41 elementary School in Banyuwangi City. The study was limited in used topic in each chapter, from the 1st grade to the 6th grade of elementary school. The decree of ministry of education and culture number 79, 2014 used as parameter of this study. The result indicated that from 6 different levels of workbook that is used by the students from 41 elementary schools, none of them took local uniqueness as their topic in workbooks. It also found that from 41 English teachers in 41 schools, researcher chose 20 teachers as data sampling to be observed. Found that most teachers never develop the topic in the workbooks, they used workbooks as what they are. Multicultural in Banyuwangi do not make teachers aware to promote it to their students.
