Abstract

The concept of fair price in Islamic economics is a fundamental aspect that emphasizes the balance between economic profit and moral principles. In Islamic economics, fair prices are not only determined by market mechanisms, but also consider ethical values, social justice, and common welfare. This article uses the literature review method (Library Research) to analyze the concept of fair prices in various Islamic perspectives. The results of the study show that: 1) Historically, Fair Price has been applied since the time of the Prophet PBUH by rejecting the practice of monopoly, hoarding, and fraud, and emphasizing fairness in transactions. 2) Philosophically, this concept is rooted in the principles of maslahah (benefit) and adl (justice), which ensures that the price of an item reflects its fair value without harming one party. 3) In modern practice, this concept is implemented in sharia-based price regulations, halal trading systems, and Islamic economic policies that emphasize transparency and social welfare. The results of this study show that Fair Prices in Islamic economics remain relevant in building a fairer and more sustainable trading system

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang menjadi pemeran utama dalam memobilisasi semua kegiatan organisasi penting sekali untuk dijaga dan dirawat sebaik mungkin agar dapat memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Pelaksanan rekrutmen yang baik dan terstruktur menjadi tahapan penting dalam upaya mendapatkan SDM yang berkualitas. Selain itu, pemberdayaan alumni juga menjadi langkah yang positif dalam upaya pemanfaatan potensi alumni untuk diadopsi ke dalam lembaga pendidikan, karena secara emosional sejatinya mereka memiliki rasa loyalitas dan dedikasi tinggi terhadap lembaga tersebut. Penelitian ini mengguakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antusias alumni untuk berperan menjadi bagian dari sekolah, rata-rata sekitar 98% para guru yang ada di SMKS Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata merupakan alumni Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata. Upaya rekrutmen dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan organisasi sekolah yang berada dibawah naungan pondok pesantren yaitu Ikatan Mahasiswa Bata-Bata (IMABA) dan Ikatan Alumni Pondok Pesantren Bata-Bata (IKABA) Human resources who play the main role in mobilizing all organizational activities are very important to be maintained and cared for as well as possible so that they can provide maximum contribution in efforts to achieve organizational goals. The implementation of good and structured recruitment is an important stage in efforts to obtain quality human resources. In addition, alumni empowerment is also a positive step in efforts to utilize the potential of alumni to be adopted into educational institutions, because emotionally they actually have a high sense of loyalty and dedication to the institution. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. The results of the study showed that the enthusiasm of alumni to play a role as part of the school, on average around 98% of the teachers at SMKS Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata are alumni of the Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Islamic Boarding School. Recruitment efforts were carried out by utilizing school organizations under the auspices of the Islamic boarding school, namely the Bata-Bata Student Association (IMABA) and the Bata-Bata Islamic Boarding School Alumni Association (IKABA)

Abstract

The study sought to ascertain how digital marketing and tourist attractions affect visitor interest in Morotai Island Regency's tourist attractions in North Maluku Province.  A quantitative methodology was employed, utilizing primary data as the source.  The method of data collection involved using questionnaires that were distributed to visitors at 44 tourist sites in Morotai Island Regency, North Maluku Province.  The sample comprised 150 respondents.  Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. According to the study's findings, visitor interest is considerably and beneficially influenced by digital marketing. Tourist attractions positively and significantly influence visitor interest. In Morotai Island Regency, North Maluku Province, both digital marketing and tourist attractions have a notable and beneficial impact on visitor interest in these attractions. This study concludes that digital marketing has the potential to generate public interest in visiting tourist attractions on Morotai Island, located in North Maluku Province.
