Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan penghimpunan dana zakat melalui pemanfaatan platform digital di LAZ Persada. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta divalidasi menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media digital seperti Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, dan website secara signifikan meningkatkan partisipasi muzaki, khususnya di kalangan generasi muda. Strategi kombinasi antara media sosial dan layanan jemput zakat menciptakan sinergi yang memperkuat efektivitas penghimpunan dana. Meskipun tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan SDM masih dihadapi, integrasi teknologi digital telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap transparansi, efisiensi, dan jangkauan pengumpulan zakat. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran strategis bagi optimalisasi digital fundraising zakat oleh lembaga sejenis. Kata kunci: Zakat Digital, Media Sosial, Fundraising AbstractThis study aims to analyze strategies for enhancing zakat fundraising through the utilization of digital platforms at LAZ Persada. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and validated using triangulation methods. The results show that digital media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and the official website significantly increased participation among zakat payers, particularly the younger generation. The combination of social media and traditional zakat pick-up services created a synergistic strategy that strengthened fundraising effectiveness. Despite challenges such as low digital literacy and limited human resources, the integration of digital technology has positively impacted the transparency, efficiency, and reach of zakat collection. These findings offer strategic insights for optimizing digital zakat fundraising in similar institutions. Keywords: Digital Zakat, Social Media, Fundraising

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of waqf service standards at the Roumah Waqf Institution Surabaya. Optimal service standards are an important element in increasing trust and community participation in waqf management. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, through document analysis and literature review. The findings show that Roumah Waqf implements various service innovations, including a personal approach to donors, digital services, and waqf asset management policies in accordance with sharia. Factors such as transparency, and responsiveness. In service, it is proven to have a significant impact on the level of community satisfaction. This research contributes to identifying best practices that can be adopted by other waqf institutions in Indonesia, as well as offering strategic recommendations for the development of more professional service standards
