AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan penghimpunan dana zakat melalui pemanfaatan platform digital di LAZ Persada. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta divalidasi menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media digital seperti Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, dan website secara signifikan meningkatkan partisipasi muzaki, khususnya di kalangan generasi muda. Strategi kombinasi antara media sosial dan layanan jemput zakat menciptakan sinergi yang memperkuat efektivitas penghimpunan dana. Meskipun tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan SDM masih dihadapi, integrasi teknologi digital telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap transparansi, efisiensi, dan jangkauan pengumpulan zakat. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran strategis bagi optimalisasi digital fundraising zakat oleh lembaga sejenis. The results show that digital media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and the official website significantly increased participation among zakat payers, particularly the younger generation. The combination of social media and traditional zakat pick-up services created a synergistic strategy that strengthened fundraising effectiveness. Despite challenges such as low digital literacy and limited human resources, the integration of digital technology has positively impacted the transparency, efficiency, and reach of zakat collection.
