Abstract

Bingkat Village is one of the villages located in Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province, with an area of 5.95 km2 or 595.96 hectares divided into 10 hamlets. Most of the land area in Bingkat Village is used as rice fields, which is 60.740% of the total land area and is used as fields and plantations of 26.830% of the total land area, so that the majority of heads of families in Bingkat Village are farmers. Healthy food is food that contains balanced nutrition, contains fiber and substances needed by the body for the child's growth and development process. Balanced nutrition can be useful as an energy substance, a regulator, and a building substance. Food also greatly affects children's digestion, so parents must be able to provide healthy food that can maintain children's digestion. So that it does not interfere with children's growth. Healthy food for digestion should be rich in nutritional elements such as carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, vitamins, and a little unsaturated fat, or more precisely abbreviated as the 4 healthy 5 perfect menu. Through this program by conveying about consuming Good and Healthy Nutritional and Nutritious Food. So that the community will avoid mistakes in choosing food and the negative impacts that may arise. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research on survey methods through interviews.. Based on the results of research that has been conducted in Bingkat Village with a total of 19 respondents, 72% know about choosing nutritious and nutritious food and 28% know about food additives (BTM), then the level of community knowledge about nutritious and nutritious food is higher compared to the level of community knowledge about food additives (BTM).

Abstract

Kekurangan Energi Kronik, keadaan dimana seseorang mengalami kekurangan gizi (kalori dan protein) yang berlangsung lama atau menahun. Berdasarkan data WHO kematian ibu masih cukup tinggi setiap hari di seluruh dunia sekitar 808 perempuan meninggal akibat komplikasi kehamilan atau persalinan, kematian itu berkembang disebabkan oleh Kekurangan Energi Kronik Terhadap Kehamilan ( KEK ) dan anemia selama kehamilan sebesar 40%. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang kekurangan energi kronik(KEK) terhadap kehamilan di Klinik Pratama Tanjung Delitua Tahun 2025. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan rancangan cross cectional. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 33 responden Pengambilan data dengan cara accidental sampling, analisis data menggunakan uji chi square Dari hasil penelitian ini terdapat 33 responden terdapat 18 orang (54,2%) berpengetahuan kurang dan 6 orang (18,2%) berpengetahuan baik dan terdapat hubungan antara karakteristik ibu dengan pengetahuan ibu hamil yang mayoritas berpendidikan SMP 9 orang ( 27%) berpengetahuan kurang dan minoritas berpendidikan Perguruan Tinggi 1 orang (3,0%) berpengetahuan baik dengan p- value 0,014,dan berdasarkan sumber informasi mayoritas responden mendapatkan sumber informasi dari teman atau keluarga 16 orang (39%) berpengetahuan kurang, dan minoritas mendapatkan sumber informasi dari media cetak dan media papan 1 orang (3,0%) dengan P-Value 0.033 dan tidak bekerja mayoritas 25 orang (75,8%) berpengetahunan kurang dan minoritas 8 orang (24,2%) berpengetahuan baik, berdasarkan pekerjaan p- value 0,08. Berdasarkan usia responden mayoritas berusia 20-35 Tahun 20 orang (60,6%) berepengetahuan baik dan minoritas > 35 Tahun 3 Orang (9.1%) berpengetahuan kurang berdasarkan p- value 0,043 , berdasarkan paritas mayoritas primipara 22 orang(66,7%) berpengetahuan kurang dan minoritas grande multipara 1 orang berpengetahuan baik dengan p- value 0,002. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil dengan kankarakteristik ibu hamil. Kata Kunci: Karakteristik, Pengetahuan, Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK)

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the community’s knowledge and skills in making natural-ingredient massage oils as both an alternative health product and a business opportunity. The program was implemented in Bingkat Village, Pegajahan Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, with the primary target being housewives who are members of the PKK group. The main challenges faced by the community partners include high reliance on chemicalbased products, limited understanding of the use of medicinal plants, and a lack of productive activities that support family economies. Implementation methods included outreach sessions, training, hands-on practice, and guidance in making massage oil using natural ingredients such as lemongrass oil and nutmeg seed oil. In addition, participants were also provided with training in packaging, business management, and basic marketing. The results of the activities showed an increase in the community’s knowledge and skills in processing natural ingredients into massage oil products that are safe, effective, and economically valuable. This program is expected to promote community selfreliance and increase family income through the development of businesses based on local potential.
