Abstract

Saat ini kebanyakan petani menggunakan pupuk berbahan kimia untuk meningkatkan produksi pertanian, namun penggunaan pupuk kimia secara terus menerus akan menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan dan secara perlahan dapat menurunkan kesuburan tanah. Di sisi lain, Desa Gunung Sugih, Kecamatan Kedondong, Kabupaten Pesawaran memiliki potensi di bidang pertanian seperti padi dimana limbah jerami padi yang dihasilkan pun juga melimpah. Hal tersebut yang mendasari pelaksanaan sosialisasi dengan memberikan gambaran dan penjelasan terkait pembuatan pupuk organik berbahan dasar limbah jerami padi yang meliputi manfaat, tahapan, proses, hingga pengaplikasiannya. Harapannya, masyarakat mau dan mampu membuat dan memakai pupuk organik dari limbah jerami padi serta dapat mengurangi penggunaan pupuk kimia yang sering digunakan oleh para petani dan masyarakat desa, sehingga dapat meminimalkan pengeluaran masyarakat dan petani desa dalam proses berbudidaya pertanian. Artikel terbatas pada pelaksanaan KKN Universitas Lampung Periode 2 2023.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality and service accessibility on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdulmadjid, Bekasi City, focusing on outpatients using clinical laboratory services with general or private payment schemes. Data were collected through structured questionnaires from 210 respondents selected using purposive sampling, based on criteria such as being at least 18 years old and having used the laboratory service at least once in the past year. The analytical method employed is Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to assess both direct and indirect effects among variables. The results show that service quality significantly affects both customer satisfaction and loyalty, and customer satisfaction is confirmed to mediate the relationship between service quality and loyalty. Meanwhile, service accessibility has a significant direct effect on customer loyalty but does not significantly influence customer satisfaction, nor is it mediated through satisfaction. These findings highlight the dominant role of service quality in driving satisfaction and loyalty, while accessibility contributes to loyalty more directly. Hospitals and service providers are encouraged to prioritize service quality while maintaining adequate accessibility, adopting a comprehensive strategy to enhance the overall patient experience and foster sustainable customer loyalty.

Abstract

Let S be a set and φ an equivalence relation on S. The pair (S, φ) forms an approximation space, where the relation φ partitions S into mutually disjoint equivalence classes. For any subset B' ⊆ S, the lower approximation Apr(B') is defined as the union of all equivalence classes entirely contained in B', while the upper approximation Apr(B') is the union of all equivalence classes that have a non-empty intersection with B'. The subset B' is called a rough set in (S, φ) if Apr(B') ≠ Apr(B'). If, in addition, B' satisfies certain algebraic conditions, it is termed a rough module. This paper investigates the construction of rough quotient rings and rough quotient modules within such approximation spaces. The approach is developed using finite sets to facilitate the algebraic formulation and analysis of these rough structures.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, bagaimana pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui dan menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan gaya kepemimpinan dan fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
