Abstract

The Pasuruan Regency Government created a program for Direct Electronic Population Administration Services (e-Pak Ladi Kiosk). The e-Pak Ladi Kiosk was established based on Pasuruan Regent Regulation Number 11 of 2021 concerning Population Administration and Civil Registration Services. The e-Pak Ladi Kiosk is an innovation in population administration services designed to facilitate the community in accessing various services, such as the creation of Family Cards (KK), Identity Cards (KTP), Child Identity Cards (KIA), birth certificates, and death certificates that are technology-based. However, in practice, it is still not optimal. This research aims to analyze the quality of services of the e-Pak Ladi program. The research method used in this study is qualitative and descriptive. The results of this study indicate a low understanding among the community, particularly among the elderly, regarding the digital service system, which leads to a gap in information access and service utilization. Misunderstandings about the concept of 'digital' as an all-in-one fast service also trigger disappointment when technical disruptions occur, such as slow servers or routine app updates almost every month. Socialization strategies through community forums and approaches to students have been implemented, but have not yet reached all layers of society.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetes Melitus merupakan kondisi dimana kadar gula darah diatas normal. Apabila keadaan ini tidak ditangani maka gula darah terus naik sehingga menyebabkan komplikasi. Kulitas tidur menjadi salah satu faktor yang perlu diperbaiki guna membantu kadar gula darah agar tetap sabil. Apabila kualitas tidur berkurang maka terjadi pengeluaran hormon kortisol yang berlebih sehingga meningkatkan kadar gula dalam darah. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan tindakan dengan memperbaiki kualitas tidur dengan menggunakan teknik non farmakologi yaitu penerapan inovasi Sleep Hygiene. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan inovasi Sleep Hygiene terhadap kualitas tidur pada pasien Diabetes Melitus type 2. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu studi kasus dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sempel yang digunakan adalah seorang pasien perempuan umur 64 tahun dengan kualitas tidur buruk. Data sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kualitas tidur dinilai dengan menggunakan instrumen penilaian PSQI (Pitsburg Sleep Quality Index) . Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan inovasi Sleep Hygiene kualitas tidur koresponden meningkat dengan keterangan nilai kualitas tidur buruk (skor 15) menjadi kualitas tidur cukup (skor 6). Kesimpulan: Sleep Hygiene dapat diaplikasikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur seseorang.

Abstract

The growth of digital commerce in Indonesia continues to increase in line with shifting consumer shopping patterns that are becoming increasingly dependent on personalized online interactions. This study examines the influence of Artificial Intelligence personalization and customer experience on customer loyalty toward the Shopee platform in Lamongan Regency. A quantitative approach was applied using purposive sampling, involving 100 active users aged 18 - 40 years who had conducted multiple transactions within the past three months. The research employed structured questionnaires as the primary data-gathering instrument, and the resulting responses were examined through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 27. The analysis reveals that AI-driven personalization, together with customer experience, contributes positively to enhancing customer loyalty. These variables also reinforce each other when combined, suggesting that relevant services and consistent user experiences can enhance customers’ tendency to continue using the Shopee e-commerce platform. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating Artificial Intelligence systems with customer experience design that prioritizes convenience to foster long-term relationships with digital consumers.
