Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Family Conflict (WFC) and job stress on psychological well-being with Work Life Balance (WLB) as a mediating variable among female employees of Bank X in the Pemalang work area. The research employed a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. The sample consisted of 45 female employees selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results showed that WFC and job stress negatively affect psychological well-being. Moreover, WLB significantly mediates the relationship between WFC and job stress on psychological well-being. The study concludes that work-life balance plays a crucial role in maintaining mental health among women facing dual roles. The findings suggest that banking organizations should offer flexible working conditions and social support to mitigate the adverse effects of work-family conflict and job stress. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Work Family Conflict (WFC) dan stres kerja terhadap psychological well-being dengan Work Life Balance (WLB) sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawati Bank X wilayah kerja Pemalang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 45 karyawati yang diambil melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara, serta dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WFC dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap psychological well-being. WLB terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara WFC dan stres kerja terhadap psychological well-being. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memegang peran penting dalam menjaga kesehatan mental karyawati yang menghadapi peran ganda. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya organisasi perbankan memberikan fleksibilitas kerja dan dukungan sosial guna mengurangi dampak negatif konflik kerja-keluarga dan stres kerja.

Abstract

The low competence of knowledge can arise due to factors that influence learning, namely the method factors used during the learning process in class, the use of learning models that are less varied, and the enthusiasm of students in learning is still low. One learning model that can be tried to be applied to overcome this problem is the STEM-based Project-based learning model. This research is a type of quasy experiment research that aims to determine the effect of the application of STEM-based project-based learning models on the knowledge competence of class VII students of SMPN 8 Payakumbuh. The research design used was a non equivalent control group design. In the experimental class, STEM-based Project Based Learning was applied, while in the control class, conventional learning was applied. The results of hypothesis testing based on the data obtained in the posttest data research, namely H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be interpreted that there is a significant average difference in the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and the control class. So that there is an influence of the project based learning learning model on the knowledge competence of students

Abstract

Bulog is a state-owned public company that operates in the food logistics sector. Bulog has systems for carrying out relationships with companies through contracts, with prices stated in them. The type of research used is qualitative research, namely research that is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that: The contract system used is in line with the sale and purchase of goods which are stated to be covered, including the parties involved, the price mentioned in the contract, the object of the goods being bought and sold, as well as the agreement that has been established between the entrepreneur and Bulog.
