Abstract

Dendy Aprilianto Handika Pratama, 2025 . Influence Ability Work To Performance SATSAMAPTA personnel of the Police Pamekasan . Postgraduate Program of Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya. Based on its approach, this research is included in the type of explanatory research . The research sample was 80 respondents. The purpose of this research is 1) To test And analyze influence significant ability Work on performance SATSAMAPTA personnel of the Police Pamekasan . 2) For test And analyze influence significant ability Work towards development career SATSAMAPTA personnel of the Police Pamekasan . 3) For test And analyze influence significant development career on performance SATSAMAPTA personnel of the Police Pamekasan. 4) For test And analyze influence significant ability Work on performance SATSAMAPTA personnel of the Police Mediated Pamekasan​ by development career. Abstract

Dendy Aprilianto Handika Pratama (2025). The Influence of Work Ability on the Performance of SATSAMAPTA Personnel at the Pamekasan Police Department. Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya. Based on its approach, this research falls under the category of explanatory research. The research sample consisted of 80 respondents. The objectives of this research are as follows: To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the performance of SATSAMAPTA personnel at the Pamekasan Police Department. To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the career development of SATSAMAPTA personnel. To test and analyze the significant influence of career development on the performance of SATSAMAPTA personnel. To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the performance of SATSAMAPTA personnel as mediated by career development. The results of the study indicate that: Work ability has a significantly positive effect on the performance of SATSAMAPTA personnel at the Pamekasan Police Department, with an original sample value of 0.236. Work ability has a significantly positive effect on career development, with an original sample value of 0.483. Career development has a significantly positive effect on performance, with an original sample value of 0.432. Work ability has a significantly positive effect on performance mediated by career development, with an original sample value of 0.209.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture and competence on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and supported by secondary data. The data analysis technique used uses SPSS software. The sample in this research were all production employees of plastic companies in Surabaya. The total sample was 94 respondents from plastic company employees in Surabaya. The results of this research show that organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The competency variable has a significant effect on the performance of Plastic Company employees in the city of Surabaya. Work culture variables and competency variables together have a significant effect on the performance of Plastic Company employees in Surabaya.
