Abstract

Penggunaan atap asbes telah dilarang di beberapa negara di dunia karena menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi kesehatan tubuh. Beberapa negara telah melakukan pemetaan dan monitoring penggunaan asbes dengan berbagai metode, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan citra penginderaan jauh. Di Indonesia, penggunaan asbes belum dilarang sehingga proses monitoring juga tidak dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi atap bangunan berbahan asbes menggunakan metode Spectral Angle Mapper (SAM) citra Planetscope sebagai metode alternatif dalam monitoring penggunaan asbes. Metode Spectral Angle Mapper digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi atap asbes berdasarkan sudut spektral (spectral angle) pada ruang fitur (feature space) sebaran nilai piksel objek dari dua atau lebih saluran citra. Penelitian ini menggunakan citra Planetscope yang memiliki resolusi spasial 3 meter dan 8 saluran multispektral, yaitu coastal blue, blue, green1, green2, yellow, red, red edge, dan near infrared. Lokasi penelitian berada di wilayah Kawasan Bandung Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa skenario identifikasi berdasarkan jumlah saluran yang dipakai dan nilai sudut spektralnya. Nilai sudut radian (spectral angle rad) yang diterapkan yaitu: 0,03, 0,04, dan 0,05 rad. Hasil uji akurasi menunjukkan nilai akurasi keseluruhan tertinggi terdapat kombinasi fullband dan besaran spectral angle 0,05 rad yakni mencapai 68% dengan nilai kappa sebesar 0,63. Luasan atap asbes yang teridentifikasi seluas 439.749 m2. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan saluran dan besaran spectral angle mempengaruhi hasil identifikasi dan tingkat akurasinya.

Abstract

The Bandung Intra-Urban Toll Road (BIUTR) serves as the government's initiative to address persistent traffic congestion in Metropolitan areas. However, A critical challenge in realizing this infrastructure is the land acquisition phase, which demands precise estimates and a comprehensive approach. This research aims to calculate the extend and monetary value of land impacted by the construction of BIUTR using a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach and spatial modeling. The research was conducted by establishing a 60-meter buffer zone on both sides of the toll road route as a road space. The  analytical indicate that the BIUTR project will cross 14 sub-districts in Bandung City with a total affecting a total land area of 3,503,671.63 m² and with compensation value of more than IDR 70 trillion. Several sub-districts such as Cinambo, Cibeunying Kidul, and Cibeunying Kaler have high compensation values due to high land values and residential density. Result from his research highlight the necessity of conducting on fostering community engagement to develop a land acquisition strategy that is fair, efficient and minimize potential conflicts. emphasizes the importance of field verification and community participation in formulating a fair, efficient, and conflict-free land acquisition strategy. Keywords : Toll road, land acquisition, GIS, land value estimation, Bandung

Abstract

Aerosols are small particles in the atmosphere that affect the climate through direct and indirect mechanisms. Aerosols can influence the climate and play a role in cloud formation and precipitation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between seasonal changes and aerosol concentrations, and to identify parameters that influence aerosol concentrations in Java Island using remote sensing. The method used in this study is the Pearson correlation test to determine the relationship between seasonal changes and aerosol concentrations in the atmosphere. The results show that there is a relationship between Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) and rainfall with a correlation value (R) of 0.8. This result indicates a significant relationship between the two variables. Meanwhile, the analysis results between Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) and wind speed show a correlation value (R) of 0.05. This result indicates that the relationship between Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) and wind speed is very weak between the two variables.
