Abstract

Objective: This study aims to find out whether the synergy of green work environment and self-efficacy can answer the business transformation in the medical device industry at PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. Method: The design of this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This study has a population of 166 employees and the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling so that 117 respondents who are employees of PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 for Windows. Results: The results of this study show that the variables of self-efficacy, green work environment, and work discipline have a positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. Novelty: This study uniquely integrates the Green Work Environment and Self-Efficacy as key factors influencing Job Satisfaction in the medical device industry. Unlike previous studies, this research utilizes observation, interviews, and questionnaires to provide a comprehensive analysis. Additionally, it highlights the role of work discipline as a moderating factor, offering a new perspective on how environmental sustainability and employee confidence drive business transformation and innovation.

Abstract

Fenomena boikot terhadap produk-produk yang terkait dengan Israel, termasuk McDonald's, telah membawa perubahan dalam perilaku konsumen, terutama terkait dengan keputusan pembelian ulang. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas, loyalitas merek, konformitas, dan media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang produk McDonald's selama gerakan boikot produk Israel. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert yang didistribusikan secara online kepada 100 responden di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang mengetahui dan/atau terlibat dalam gerakan boikot McDonald's menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas dan konformitas tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang. Sebaliknya, loyalitas merek dan media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang terhadap boikot produk Israel McDonald's. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor pemasaran dan komunikasi merek daripada keyakinan pribadi dan tekanan sosial. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya memperkuat strategi loyalitas merek dan manajemen komunikasi media sosial yang efektif dalam menangani isu boikot. Secara ilmiah, studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur perilaku konsumen dengan mengonfirmasi bahwa dalam konteks boikot berbasis isu geopolitik, faktor pemasaran dan komunikasi merek memainkan peran yang lebih dominan daripada religiusitas dan tekanan sosial dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang.
