Abstract

In assessing the success of an agency, it can be seen from the human resources that drive the agency itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of employee competencies. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods using data collection methods, namely interviews, document review, and observation. The data collection instruments used were interview guidelines, document review guidelines, and observation guidelines as well as data analysis techniques by reducing data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. After that test the validity of the data with triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that overall employee competency development is in the good category. Regarding employee competency development at the Makassar Raya Regional Makassar Regional Office Corporate Office, reviewed from the Motif, Character, Self-Concept, Knowledge, and Skills aspects, but there are still some indicators that need to be improved to maximize the development of employee competence at the Regional Makassar Regional Office. Abstract

Regional autonomy gives the region the right to determine its own direction and development goals in the area. This research aims to analyze and discuss the Effectiveness of Land and Building Tax Collection in Takalar Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a Case Study approach. Data Collection and Validation Techniques are carried out by; observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the analysis that is carried out continuously both in the process of collecting data and after the data collection has been completed. The data analysis process used in this study is data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifications. The results of the study are based on the Source Approach of the Takalar District Financial Management Agency in terms of human resources and the source of facilities and infrastructure which are considered to be still relatively low/insufficient in the management of increased PBB collection.

Abstract

Excellent service is a service that prioritizes the interests of customers or students. Service providers must be able to provide good service quality standards that exceed the expectations of students so that the needs, desires and expectations of students are met. This study aims to determine the picture of excellent service with the A6 concept, the picture of student satisfaction, and the influence of excellent service with the A6 concept on student satisfaction at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar. This research is a quantitative research that shows cause-and-effect relationships. The sample in this study amounted to 85 students with stratified random sampling techniques. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the variables of excellent service at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar were in the very good category with indicators, namely ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action, and accountability, while the variables of student satisfaction were in the very good category with indicators of speed, accuracy, safety, friendliness, and comfort. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is moderate. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of excellent service with the A6 concept on student satisfaction at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar. This research uses the A6 concept as the basis for excellent service to provide satisfaction to students so that the needs, desires or expectations of students are met.

Abstract

The public organization of each local government in carrying out the implementation of regional autonomy requires human resources, namely local government officials who are able to realize the characteristics of good governance. This study aims to determine; how good is the application of the principles of good governance at the Makassar City DPRD Secretariat, how high is the level of effectiveness of employees at the Makassar City DPRD Secretariat, and how much influence does the application of good governance principles have on employee effectiveness at Makassar City DPRD Secretariat. This type of research is quantitative with using a descriptive and correlational approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used is data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using simple regression for hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the level of application of the principles of good governance which focuses on one principle, namely the principle of transparency at the Makassar City DPRD Secretariat, is classified as good category, this is viewed from informativeness, openness, and disclosure). The level of employee effectiveness is in the good category, in terms of alertness, absenteeism, motivation, job satisfaction, workload, and time to complete tasks. There is a significant effect of the application of the principles of good governance on the effectiveness of the work of employees at the Makassar City DPRD Secretariat.

Abstract

Penetapan Koding dan Kecerdasan Artifisial sebagai muatan pembelajaran melalui Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Nomor 13 Tahun 2025 menuntut kesiapan guru sekolah dasar, termasuk di Kabupaten Bone, padahal sebagian besar guru belum memperoleh pembekalan yang memadai untuk membelajarkan koding. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan guru SD di Kabupaten Bone dalam membelajarkan koding melalui dua pendekatan yang saling melengkapi, yaitu metode unplugged (tanpa perangkat) dan plugged (berbantuan komputer). Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan memadukan ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung, serta menggunakan rancangan one-group pretest–posttest untuk mengukur perubahan pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pada seluruh butir materi, dengan rata-rata jawaban benar naik dari sekitar 63,9% pada pre-test menjadi sekitar 90,2% pada post-test, atau meningkat rata-rata sekitar 26,3 poin. Nilai Normalized Gain yang diperoleh sekitar 0,73 dan tergolong kategori tinggi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan berbasis praktik dengan memadukan metode unplugged dan plugged efektif membekali guru SD keterampilan dasar membelajarkan koding dan berpikir komputasional yang relevan dengan tuntutan kurikulum serta kesiapan menghadapi era digital

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kabupaten Bone dalam pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran di era transformasi digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan berbasis praktik (hands-on training) yang mencakup pengenalan konsep dasar AI, pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis AI untuk pembelajaran, penyusunan perangkat ajar, pengembangan media pembelajaran digital, serta praktik implementasi AI dalam aktivitas pedagogik. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari guru SMP yang menunjukkan keterbatasan awal dalam literasi digital tingkat lanjut, khususnya pada pemanfaatan teknologi AI. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap peserta terhadap teknologi. Peningkatan pemahaman guru diperkirakan mencapai ±60–75% berdasarkan perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test, sedangkan sekitar ±80% peserta mampu melakukan praktik penggunaan AI secara mandiri setelah pendampingan instruktur. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan sikap yang lebih positif terhadap teknologi digital, ditandai dengan meningkatnya kepercayaan diri guru dalam mengintegrasikan AI dalam proses pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan dampak pada peningkatan efisiensi kerja guru serta mendorong terbentuknya budaya digital di lingkungan sekolah melalui penyebaran pengetahuan kepada rekan sejawat. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan PKM ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital guru dan mendukung transformasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di sekolah.
