Abstract

Background: Immunity is one of the important things for the body's defense against viral and bacterial infections. In controlling the immune system, immunomodulators are needed, which usually come from compounds found in plants.  Immunomodulatory compounds can be found in the leaves of the sambiloto plant. The content of sambiloto leaf compounds in the form of diterpenoids, flavonoids, and polyphenols is proven to be immunostimulants. Objective: This study aimed to determine the immunomodulatory effects of sambiloto leaves. Methods: This study used literature review method on in vivo and in vitro experimental studies that have been conducted.  The article search used online databases Sciencedirect and Pubmed. Results: A total of eight articles were used in this study. Discussion: Based on the literature review, it is proven that sambiloto leaves have compounds that give rise to immunomodulatory effects. Conclusion: According to this study, the leaves of sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata) have the potential to be used as a herbal immunomodulatory medication that has anti-inflammatory and immune-enhancing effects. However, further research is needed to explore the molecular mechanism, more complex clinical trials, determine the optimal dose and dosage form of sambiloto leaves.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apakah keterampilan mengajar guru dan  media pembelajaran e-learning memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan kelas XI OTKP SMK Istiqlal Deli Tua T.A 2020/2021. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex post facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 64 siswa, yang dimana seluruh populasi merupakan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui observasi, penyebaran kuesioner angket dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas untuk analisis butir kuesioner ini menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment, reliabilitas dilakukan uji menggunakan cronbach alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Uji Normalitas, Uji Linieritas, Uji Multikolinieritas, analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji T, Uji F, dan Uji Determinasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20 menunjukkan hasil regresi berganda diperoleh Y = 24,148 + 0,427 X1 + 0,277 X2 + e. Hasil uji t menunjukkan Keterampilan Mengajar Guru (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil belajar (Y) dengan perolehan nilai thitung 3.897 > ttabel 1,999 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 . Kemudian Media Pembelajaran E-learning (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar (Y) dengan perolehan thitung 2.985 > ttabel 1,999 dengan signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05,. Selanjutnya nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,326 atau 32,6% variabel X memengaruhi variabel Y dan sisanya sebesar 68% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. dari hasil penelitian maka dibuktikan bahwa Keterampilan Mengajar Guru dan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran E-learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan kelas XI OTKP SMK Istiqlal Deli Tua T.A 2020/2021.
