Abstract

The postpartum period is a critical recovery phase for mothers that involves significant physiological and psychological changes. Inadequate adaptation during this period can affect the psychological well-being of mothers, increasing the risk of postpartum depression, baby blues, or even psychosis. One important factor contributing to maternal psychological well-being is self-care practice, which refers to the mother’s ability to care for herself independently. This study aimed to examine the relationship between self-care practices and the psychological well-being of postpartum mothers in Pasia Nan Tigo Village, within the Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center working area, Padang City. This research employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach and total sampling technique. A total of 32 postpartum mothers were included in the study. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The findings revealed that 85.7% of respondents had poor self-care practices, and most of them were at risk of psychological distress. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant relationship between self-care practices and psychological well-being (p < 0.05). This study highlights the importance of educational support and promotion of self-care practices to enhance maternal psychological health in the postpartum period.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently still facing multiple nutritional problems, namely the problem of undernutrition and overnutrition with the risk of disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between household level food availability and knowledge on the nutritional status of adolescent girls at SMA N 4 Padang. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were students of class XI and XII as many as 384 students, while the sample was taken using a proportional stratified random sampling technique as many as 216 respondents. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square test. The results showed that more than half (53.1%) of the respondents had poor nutritional status. More than half (63.4%) of respondents have unsafe food availability at the household level and more than half (65.7%) of respondents have low knowledge. There is a relationship between food availability at household level (p-value 0.002) and knowledge (p-value 0.000) on the nutritional status of adolescent girls at SMA N 4 Padang in 2022. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between food availability at the household level and knowledge of the nutritional status of adolescent girls. This suggestion was requested through the principal and teacher staff in order to provide information about nutrition and the importance of nutritional status once every 3 months through BK. the school can provide posters in every class about health and nutritional status. Abstract

Dalam menghadapi transformasi teknologi informasi di rumah sakit, evaluasi sistem informasi manajemen menjadi satu aspek penting untuk memastikan efektivitas, efisiensi dan kesesuaian sistem dalam mendukung operasional dam pelayanan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tujuan teknologi informasi yang relevan di Semen Padang Hospital dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 2019. COBIT 2019 adalah suatu kerangka kerja yang dirancang untuk membantu organisasi dalam mengatur dan mengelola informasi dan teknologi secara efektif.  Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pimpinan terkait dalam implementasi SIMRS dengan mengikuti alur desain tata kelola COBIT 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa objektif proses dengan nilai tertinggi adalah EDM03 (Optimalisasi Risiko), APO12 (Manajemen Risiko) dan APO13 (Manajemen Keamanan). Implikasi dari studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang prioritas tujuan teknologi informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan SIMRS. Studi ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut, serta saran agar penelitian berikutnya dapat melakukan  evaluasi tingkat kemampuan SIMRS berdasarkan proses yang ada pada COBIT 2019.
