Abstract

Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode analisis  SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)  program AMOS  21.0  untuk  menguji  kausalitas dalam model  yang telah diusulkan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah bank di kota Padang yang sudah menggunakan layanan mobile banking. Teknik sampling menggunakan non probability sampling ? kuota sampling. Dari kuesioner yang disebar diperoleh 250 kuesioner yang valid melalui survei offline dan online. Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  model  keseluruhan,  menunjukkan  hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel perceived risks, performance expectancy, perceived service quality,behavioral intention dan usage behavior. Dalam penelitian ini minat prilaku dipengaruhi langsung oleh harapan kinerja, persepsi kualitas jasa, serta persepsi risiko berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap niat berprilaku.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to find out the factors that influence interests of millennial generation towards purchase decision involvement mediated by trust. The independent variable in this study is social media usage, eWOM, third party recognition, and legal framework. The sample collection technique is done by non probability sampling with purposive sampling. Millennial generation in this study has an age range of 18-34 years. Respondents are undergraduate and graduate students in the city of Padang. The number of respondents in this study were 216 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was Maximum Likelihood. In this study obtained social media usage, eWOM, and legal framework have a significant positive effect on purchase decision involvement, while third party recognition has no effect. For mediation by trusts, social media usage, eWOM, third party recognitiom, and legal framework, affect purchase decision involvement

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh faktor kesiapan rumah sakit daerah milik pemerintah di kota Padang dalam mengadopsi E-health atau sistim informasi manajemen  rumah sakit. Faktor kesiapan yang akan diukur adalah adanya kesiapan pokok (core), kesiapan structural teknologi (structural), kesiapan social (societal), kesiapan untuk menggunakan (engagement),  upaya  yang dilakukan (effort),  dan  capaian  kinerja  (performance) terhadap adopsi e-health. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan survey terhadap 80 orang pengguna sistim informasi pada tiga rumah sakit pemerintah di Kota Padang. Pemilihan sampel berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, karena hanya dtujukan bagi yang pernah mengoperasikan sistim informasi di rumah sakit. Data yang diperoleh dari kusioner akan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganada dengan aplikasi Stata. Studi ini menguji 6 hipotesis dan menghasilkan bahwa semua faktor kesiapan mempengaruhi adopsi e-health di rumah sakit milik negara di Kota Padang. Dari   semua   variabel   diteliti, ditemukan rata-rata tertinggi pada variabel  capaian kinerja,  artinya   rumah   sakit   yang   bisa mengadopsi  e-health, mesti memiliki kinerja yang baik juga. Implikasi dan saran di jelaskan pada bagian akhir dari penelitian ini. Untuk studi lanjut mesti dipertimbangkan factor lain seperti komitmen pimpinan, dan keersediaan dana dalam mengadopsi e-health di rumah sakit pemerintah di Indonesia.UMMI untuk melakukan manajemen risiko.

Abstract

Saat ini organisasi sangat bergantung pada sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka dan tetap kompetitif. Begitu pula dengan perusahaan manufaktur, sebagai sebuah organisasi yang memiliki bisnis proses yang sangat besar perlu mengimplementasikan ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) dari SAP. Pengukuran keberhasilan atau efektivitas sistem informasi (SI) sangat penting untuk menilai dan keefektifan tindakan manajemen IS dan investasi IS. Analisis keberhasilan SI dilakukan dengan DeLone dan McLean’s sistem informasi sukses model yang memiliki enam dimensi dalam kerangka kerjanya yaitu: information quality (kualitas informasi), system quality (kualitas sistem), service quality (kualitas layanan), extended use (pengembangan penggunaan), user satisfactory (kepuasan user), dan individual benefit (manfaat individu). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan survei terhadap 239 karyawan sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang ada di Kota Padang. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan model penelitian yang diajukan memiliki kesesuaian yang baik dengan data. Kemudian dari delapan (8) hipotesis yang diuji, seluruh hipotesis tersebut didukung oleh data yang diteliti menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penggunaan individu.

Abstract

Adopsi inovasi teknologi melalui e-commerce di bidang pariwisata dikenal dengan istilah e-tourism. Pelaksanaan e-tourism di industri perhotelan di Kota Padang dikategorikan sebagai inovasi proses yang menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan dalam industri pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat adopsi website yang dikembangkan oleh Teo dan Pian. Hal ini menjadi konsep dasar dari penelitian untuk menjelaskan faktor kontekstual, organisasi, manajerial, dan e-commerce (COME) dalam industri perhotelan. Isu-isu diteliti melalui studi kualitatif di Sumatera Barat. Data diperoleh melalui survei yang diikuti oleh beberapa perusahaan perhotelan dari hasil wawancara mendalam. Sementara itu, sampel ditentukan secara purposive berdasarkan berbagai adopsi website. Hasilnya menunjukkan saran untuk meningkatkan tingkat adopsi situs di industri pariwisata yang ditawarkan sebagai sarana untuk mengatasi kinerja perusahaan e-tourism ditinggikan. implikasi praktis dan pertimbangan untuk penelitian yang akan datang juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract:  This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, and Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness Against Behavioral Intention in TOKOPEDIA Online Purchase Transactions with Perceived Risk, as a mediating variable (Study in Padang City Communities) ". This research is explanatory with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling for customers who had shopped at the Tokopedia site, with a sample of 135 respondents. this research uses Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The Results Showed that Self -efficacy, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness TOKOPEDIA Against Behavioral Intention in Online Purchase Transactions with Perceived Risk, as a mediating variable Self-efficacy Self-efficacy influences behavior towards positivity and significance,then Perceived Ease of Use Perceived Risk, as a mediating variable The implication of this research is to Increase Self-efficacy, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness will Increase Online TOKOPEDIA Behavioral Intention on Purchase Transactions with Perceived Risk, as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand association and perceived quality on purchasing decisions for Tablet PCs in Padang City. This research is conducted in Padang and focusing on consumers using a Tablet PC as objects. The population in this research were all consumers who use Tablet PCs in Padang City. Population size is unknown. The sampling technique method was accidental sampling, with a sample of 96 people. The data analysis technique used is the Validity Test and Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T test, F test, Coefficient of Determination (R2) assisted by SPSS software. The results of this research indicate that brand awareness, brand association and perceived quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for tablet PCs in Padang City partially and simultaneously. Based on the results of the research, 66.9% of the decision to purchase a Tablet PC in Padang City can be explained by brand awareness, brand association and perceived quality, while the remaining 33.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence donors in giving waqf. In addition, it also gives consideration to decision makers related to waqf in Indonesia. The method in this study is a qualitative research with a description of previous research, through secondary data obtained from scientific journals, websites, books, and other electronic media sources related to the study discussed. The journals reviewed are journals published from 2012-2021. The theories discussed in this study are TRA and TPB. The findings of this study indicate that the factors of religiosity, attitude, subject norm, and convenience have a significant positive effect on the amount of waqf issued by donors or waqif (waqf givers). Through this study, it is hoped that this will become a consideration, especially for writers, as well as readers, and recommendations for waqf institutions to increase the convenience of the waqf system. In addition, the government (as a policy maker) should support waqf givers to continue to participate in this waqf practice for the good and welfare of the ummah.

Abstract

Mobile banking is a service provided by banks to provide value and convenience to both banks and customers. However, the successful implementation of mobile banking largely depends on how much customers are fully motivated to adopt it. Thus, this study recognizes the need to examine the factors that could predict the use of mobile banking and how using such a system could contribute to increasing the intensity of use of mobile banking by customers. The conceptual model of this study uses extended UTAUT2, including price value, hedonic motivation, and habit. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire survey by 137 respondents. Partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed for analyzing the data. The study showed that behavioral intention and habit are significantly and positively influenced by hedonic motivation. Meanwhile, use behavior is significantly and positively influenced by habit and behavioral intention. Nonetheless, price value was found to have a negative and insignificant impact on behavioral intention to use mobile banking. The conclusion derived from this study enhances the understanding of the factors determining the use of mobile banking in West Sumatra.
