Abstract

Advances in digital technology open up new opportunities in learning methods, including in deepening children's understanding of faith. This study aims to explore the role of Bible-based digital storytelling in helping children aged 6-11 years understand the values of faith. Using a qualitative approach with literature studies as a method of data collection, this study found that digital storytelling can increase children's interest, memory, and understanding of Christian teachings thanks to visual, audio, and interactive presentations. Its success is supported by factors such as content creativity, parental or teacher involvement, and ease of access to technology. However, there are challenges such as potential interference from digital devices and the need for adjustments for children with technological limitations. The conclusion of this study confirms that Bible-based digital storytelling can be an effective educational tool for children, as long as it is accompanied by guidance and content design that is in line with their cognitive development.
