Work fatigue often occurred amongteachers before COVID-19 pandemic. Working from home due to pandemic COVID-19, might cause work burnout for high school teachers. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the factors associated with work burnout in high school teachers in WFH conditions. This study used a cross-sectional study design with snowball sampling and accidental sampling where the number of respondents was 144 high school teachers. Data analyzed with chi square test. The results showed that sleep quality (p-value 0.024), interpersonal relationships (p-value 0.000) and length of work online (p-value 0.022) were associated with work fatigue. It is suggested to the health office to work together with the education and culture office to spread educational media to increase the knowledge of teachers so that they can improve sleep quality, increase happy interpersonal communication, and implement the 20-20-20 formula when working in front of a computer screen or device to reduce eye fatique. Keywords: Work Fatigue, High School Teacher, Work-From Home (WFH)AbstrakKelelahan kerja kerap terjadi pada guru sebelum pandemi COVID-19.
