Abstract

Curriculum management is a science that studies the planning, implementation and evaluation of a school curriculum including in the digital era. The purpose of this article is to discuss the various challenges and solutions in curriculum management in the digital era. In addition, literature studies and qualitative approaches are used as research methods in writing this article. And then, the results of the study show that there are various challenges in curriculum management in the digital era. More precisely, there are eight challenges faced. These challenges are challenges that come from infrastructure, access, human resources, technological changes to global shifts. Therefore, various solutions are also provided to face the various challenges. The solutions provided do not only involve one party but involve various stakeholders, including parents, educators, technology experts, and of course support from the government and other educational institutions.

Abstract

An organization needs to continuously change to stay abreast of dynamic, complex, and sometimes unpredictable environmental developments. School organizational development is an important form of change, but its success is influenced by various factors, including internal factors in the form of individual factors. These individual factors are closely related to each member in the organization. This study aims to analyze individual factors in organizational development at SD IT Madani Islamic School 3 Padang, focusing on relationships between members, cooperation, and financial factors, and reviewing their suitability with existing basic concepts. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation and interviews. The results showed that individual factors have an influence in supporting organizational development, where harmonious relationships between members, good cooperation, and employee financial stability enable program implementation to run smoothly and effectively. These findings confirm that management's attention to interpersonal aspects and employee conditions is key to the success of school organizational development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perilaku kerja guru di SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP secara menyeluruh. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 10 orang guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, survei, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan persiapan data, tabulasi, dan penerapan data (analisis deskriptif). Variabel perilaku kerja yang diteliti meliputi ketepatan waktu, tanggung jawab pekerjaan, kepatuhan terhadap aturan, etos kerja, dan hubungan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru memiliki perilaku kerja yang sangat baik. Dari 10 orang responden, sebanyak 9 orang atau 90% berada pada kategori “Sangat Baik”, sedangkan sebanyak 1 orang atau 10% berada pada kategori “Baik”. Skor perilaku kerja guru berkisar antara 61 hingga 75, dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 69,4. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa guru-guru mampu menunjukkan ketepatan waktu, tanggung jawab, kepatuhan, etos kerja yang tinggi, serta hubungan sosial yang baik dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Perilaku kerja yang positif tersebut berkontribusi pada terciptanya proses belajar mengajar yang efektif, profesional, dan kondusif. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar empiris bagi pihak sekolah untuk mengembangkan strategi pembinaan, penghargaan kinerja, serta program evaluasi perilaku kerja guru guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.
