Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes by using the cooperative learning model teams games tournament in the subject of PJOK. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were grade 1 elementary school students. The subjects consisted of one class consisting of 22 students. The results of the study showed that student learning outcomes increased in each cycle. The average value of students increased in the pre-cycle stage, getting an average score of 72, in cycle 1 80, and in cycle 2 83. Similarly, the percentage of completeness also increased, namely in the pre-cycle 45%, in cycle 1 getting 77%, and in cycle 2 getting 86%. The application of this cooperative learning model can also increase student learning activities. Student learning activities are directed according to the learning model used so that the learning process can take place properly. Based on the results of the study, the application of this TGT cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes and the percentage of student completeness in the subject of PJOK.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing by applying the STAD learning model to Grade IV Students of SDN Sidomulyo, Semen District. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study was conducted in two cycles, consisting of four stages in each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were Grade IV Students of SDN Sidomulyo, Semen District, totaling 24 students consisting of 13 male students and 11 female students. Data collection techniques were tests and observations. The results of data analysis in cycle I showed that student learning outcomes increased, the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing were 23 students (96%) who successfully achieved the KKM in the knowledge aspect. In Cycle I of learning volleyball underhand passing in the social and spiritual attitude aspect, there were 2 students (8%) who received the Very Good category, 19 students (79%) received the Good category, and 3 students (13%) received the Sufficient category. In Cycle I of volleyball underhand passing learning, the aspect of volleyball underhand passing skills, there were 9 students (38%) who successfully achieved KKM and 15 students (62%) who had not achieved KKM. In Cycle II, learning outcomes increased again compared to Cycle I in volleyball underhand passing learning, there were 24 students (100%) who successfully achieved KKM in the knowledge aspect. In Cycle II of volleyball underhand passing learning, the aspect of social and spiritual attitudes, there were 5 students (12%) who received the Very Good (A)category, there were 19 students (88%) who received the Good (B) category. In Cycle II of volleyball underhand passing learning, the aspect of volleyball underhand passing skills, there were 19 students (88%) who successfully achieved KKM and 4 students (12%) who had not achieved KKM. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out and described in CHAPTER IV, it can be concluded that the application of the STAD learning model in learning can improve volleyball underhand passing learning outcomes in Grade IV Students of SDN Sidomulyo, Semen District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari hasil pengamatan dan pengalaman peneliti bahwa proses pembelajaran PJOK pada SDN Sidomulyo Kecamatan Semen Kabupaten Kediri masih terdapat kendala, utamanya yakni kurangnya kreativitas dalam pembelajaran oleh sebab itu pembelajaran kurang efektif, dengan dibuktikannya nilai ketrampilan belum memenuhi KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor peserta didik pada pelajaran PJOK melalui penerapan metode permainan tradisional bola kasti. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dengan 2 kali pertemuan tiap siklusnya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 30 Siswa, terdiri dari 18 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa melalui permainan tradisional bola kasti dapat meningkatakan keterampilan gerak lokomotor siswa dari hasil Pra-penelitian hanya 3 siswa yang tuntas atau hanya 10% dan siswa yang tidak tuntas berjumlah 27 atau 90%, maka diadakan siklus I dengan hasil 43% atau 13 siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) dan siklus II terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu 90% siswa yang sudah mencapai hasil optimal dalam ketrampilan gerak lokomotornya. Selain itu, peningkatan hasil belajar siswa juga telah meningkat dengan adanya modifikasi permainan bola kasti yang dirasa siswa permainan ini sangat menarik sehingga minat siswa dalam pelajaran PJOK semakin baik dan hasil belajar siswa juga meningkat.
