Abstract

Kindergarten is the right place to develop children's motor skills. The age of kindergarten students is the age of play, where students have a high urge to do physical activities that are fun. Therefore there is a need for physical activity that is fun and can improve children's fitness and motor skills. Aerobic Kids Gymnastics is a physical activity that pays attention to aspects of children's body movements and children's biomechanics wrapped in a pleasant atmosphere, so that in Aerobic Kids gymnastic activities, students will feel joy when moving. TK Nusantara University Laboratory PGRI (UNP) Kediri is an educational institution whose ambition is to create superior human resources by developing motor skills from an early age. Therefore, the introduction of aerobic kids gymnastics activities is very suitable for students' motor development and the understanding of kindergarten UNP Lab Kediri teachers. The introduction of Aerobic Kids Gymnastics to Enhance Teacher Understanding and Motor Children's Development in TK Kediri UNP Laboratory is a positive effort to improve teachers' understanding of students' motor development and improve students' motor skills. The results of this activity indicate an increase in teacher understanding of gymnastic movements that are appropriate to students' motor development. Kindergarten UNP Kediri Laboratory Kindergarten teachers understand the movements needed by kindergarten age students to develop motor skills. The Kediri UNP Laboratory Kindergarten teacher also developed a number of movements that were felt to be appropriate to the character of the students and the needs of the students' environment.

Abstract

Grab Start adalah teknik start dengan posis kedua kaki sejajar di bibir start block dan kedua tangan berada disamping kaki atau celah kaki. Karena start mempunyai asumsi bahwa start berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan atlet renang khususnya nomor-nomor jarak pendek 50 meter. Pada penelitian ini terdapat tiga rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: apakah kekuatan otot tungkai memiliki hubugan terhadap jauh lompatan grab start, apakah kekuatan otot perut memiliki hubungan terhadap jauh lompatan grab start, dan kekuatan otot punggung memiliki hubungan terhadap jauh lompatan grab start. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif diskriptif untuk mendiskripsikan kekuatan otot tungkai, otot perut dan otot punggung terhadap jauh lompatan grab start dan menganalisis tujuan penelitian. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah klub renang putra arwana. Hasil penelitianya sebagai berikut: hubungan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap jauh lompatan grab start 2,31%, hubungan antara otot perut terhadap jauh lompatan grab start 41,60% dan hubungan antara otot punggung terhadap jauh lompatan grab start 4,75%. Dengan demikian data tersebut disimpulkan bahwa kekuatan otot tungkai, otot perut dan otot punggung berpengaruh terhadap jauh lompatan grab start

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there is still little research on the sport of diving involving biomotor aspects in athletes. As well as measuring physical data and ideal body size in talented athletes, it is a requirement for coaching in order to improve diving sports performance. This research aims to determine the biomotor components of the diving sport. This research uses a literature review. The data sources used in this research come from the results of research that has been carried out and published in national and international online journals. The data collection process is by using Google Scholar, Research and Gate, and Web of Science. The journals used were journals published in full text and indexed Sinta 1 to Sinta 5. The results obtained were 38 articles and 7 articles that met the inclusion criteria were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The conclusion of the results of this research is that the 7 articles agree that the anthropometric factors needed to identify talented athletes in the sport of diving are 7 measurements including endurance, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, strength, and reaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes by using the cooperative learning model teams games tournament in the subject of PJOK. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were grade 1 elementary school students. The subjects consisted of one class consisting of 22 students. The results of the study showed that student learning outcomes increased in each cycle. The average value of students increased in the pre-cycle stage, getting an average score of 72, in cycle 1 80, and in cycle 2 83. Similarly, the percentage of completeness also increased, namely in the pre-cycle 45%, in cycle 1 getting 77%, and in cycle 2 getting 86%. The application of this cooperative learning model can also increase student learning activities. Student learning activities are directed according to the learning model used so that the learning process can take place properly. Based on the results of the study, the application of this TGT cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes and the percentage of student completeness in the subject of PJOK.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing by applying the STAD learning model to Grade IV Students of SDN Sidomulyo, Semen District. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study was conducted in two cycles, consisting of four stages in each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were Grade IV Students of SDN Sidomulyo, Semen District, totaling 24 students consisting of 13 male students and 11 female students. Data collection techniques were tests and observations. The results of data analysis in cycle I showed that student learning outcomes increased, the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing were 23 students (96%) who successfully achieved the KKM in the knowledge aspect. In Cycle I of learning volleyball underhand passing in the social and spiritual attitude aspect, there were 2 students (8%) who received the Very Good category, 19 students (79%) received the Good category, and 3 students (13%) received the Sufficient category. In Cycle I of volleyball underhand passing learning, the aspect of volleyball underhand passing skills, there were 9 students (38%) who successfully achieved KKM and 15 students (62%) who had not achieved KKM. In Cycle II, learning outcomes increased again compared to Cycle I in volleyball underhand passing learning, there were 24 students (100%) who successfully achieved KKM in the knowledge aspect. In Cycle II of volleyball underhand passing learning, the aspect of social and spiritual attitudes, there were 5 students (12%) who received the Very Good (A)category, there were 19 students (88%) who received the Good (B) category. In Cycle II of volleyball underhand passing learning, the aspect of volleyball underhand passing skills, there were 19 students (88%) who successfully achieved KKM and 4 students (12%) who had not achieved KKM. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out and described in CHAPTER IV, it can be concluded that the application of the STAD learning model in learning can improve volleyball underhand passing learning outcomes in Grade IV Students of SDN Sidomulyo, Semen District.

Abstract

Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian untuk mengembangkan permainan tradisional D-Sprila (ular tangga & lari) untuk siswa kelas atas di SD Kecamatan Gampengrejo Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (RND). Subyek penelitian melibatkan 512 siswa di 6 SD Negeri dikecamatan Gampengrejo Kabupaten Kediri. Instrument menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan angket (kuesioner), dapat diperoleh dari hasil penelitian 6 SD Negeri menunjukkan : (1) Buku Panduan Permainan D-Sprila yang bukuran A5, memuat deskripsi permainan, aturan main, sarana dan prasarana, hingga prosedur pelaksanaan. Dilengkapi dengan gambar langkah bermain, Untuk memudahkan pembaca memahami cara bermain yang benar, dari validasi uji coba skala kecil yang dilakukan di 2 sekolah dasar negeri dengan penilaian oleh ahli media sebesar 89,58%, ahli materi dengan persentase 87,5%, persentase ahli praktisi 88,46%, validasi oleh 2 orang guru PJOK 94,11%, dan dari 159 validasi yang dilakukan oleh para siswa 87,8%, secara keseluruhan, ini termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Valid”. Validasi uji coba skala besar di 4 sekolah dasar negeri yang dinilai oleh ahli media 95,83%, ahli materi dengan persentase 92,5%, ahli praktisi 94,23%, validasi oleh 4 orang guru PJOK 87,5%, dan dari 353 validasi yang dilakukan oleh para siswa, 87,1%, secara keseluruhan masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Valid”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah permainan D-Sprila (ular tangga & lari) untuk siswa kelas atas (kelas 4,5,6) di Kecamatan Gampengrejo Kabupaten Kediri sangat valid dan layak digunakan.

Abstract

Increasing scientific literacy in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era is a must. Scientific literacy is a skill that is very necessary in the 21st century, so it is important to improve it through various strategies. One effective strategy is innovative learning with a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach, which integrates science, technology, engineering and mathematics in the learning process. This research involved samples from the Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP) at the elementary, middle and high school levels in Kediri City to analyze the effectiveness of STEM-based learning in increasing scientific literacy. This article is a literature review that discusses the relationship between scientific literacy and the competencies needed in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, as well as how the STEM approach can be a solution in increasing scientific literacy

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berasal dari pengalaman dan pengamatan yang peneliti temui di lapangan, bahwa kurangnya program latihan lemparan kedalam (throw-in) sepakbola di SSB Leo Patra Kota Kediri. Akibatnya sering ditemui kesalahan saat melakukan lemparan kedalam baik saat latihan maupun saat mengikuti kejuaraan yang seharusnya bisa dimanfaatkan untuk menciptakan peluang dengan jauhnya lemparan kedalam (throw-in). Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah (1) Adakah kontribusi power otot lengan terhadap jauhnya lemparan kedalam siswa putra sekolah sepakbola SSB Leo Patra Kota Kediri? (2) Adakah kontribusi kekuatan otot perut terhadap jauhnya lemparan kedalam siswa putra sekolah sepakbola SSB Leo Patra Kota Kediri? (3) Adakah kontribusi power otot lengan dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap jauhnya lemparan kedalam siswa putra sekolah sepakbola SSB Leo Patra Kota Kediri? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan subyek penelitian 20 siswa SSB Leo Patra Kota Kediri. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan Medicine Ball Test, Sit Up Test dan Tes Lemparan Kedalam (Throw- in). Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling. Sedangkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi Korelasional yaitu bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana variabel-variabel tersebut berkaitan satu sama lain. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi (1) Terdapat Kontribusi yang signifikan antara Power Otot Lengan terhadap jauhnya Lemparan Kedalam Sepakbola SSB Leo Patra Kota Kediri. (2) Terdapat Kontribusi yang signifikan antara Kekuatan Otot Perut terhadap jauhnya Lemparan Kedalam Sepakbola SSB Leo Patra Kota Kediri. (3) Terdapat Kontribusi yang signifikan antara Power Otot Lengan dan Kekuatan Otot Perut terhadap jauhnya Lemparan Kedalam Sepakbola SSB Leo Patra Kota Kediri. Berdasarkan kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini, direkomendasikan untuk (1) pelatih, diharapkan lebih memperhatikan program latihannya dan menerapkan teknik lemparan kedalam menjadi program latihan yang terjadwal. (2) siswa diharapkan lebih menguasai teknik lemparan kedalam karena dalam permainan sepakbola modern lemparan kedalam (throw-in) dimanfaatkan untuk menciptakan peluang mencetak skor dalam permainan sepakbola.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari hasil pengamatan dan pengalaman peneliti bahwa proses pembelajaran PJOK pada SDN Sidomulyo Kecamatan Semen Kabupaten Kediri masih terdapat kendala, utamanya yakni kurangnya kreativitas dalam pembelajaran oleh sebab itu pembelajaran kurang efektif, dengan dibuktikannya nilai ketrampilan belum memenuhi KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor peserta didik pada pelajaran PJOK melalui penerapan metode permainan tradisional bola kasti. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dengan 2 kali pertemuan tiap siklusnya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 30 Siswa, terdiri dari 18 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa melalui permainan tradisional bola kasti dapat meningkatakan keterampilan gerak lokomotor siswa dari hasil Pra-penelitian hanya 3 siswa yang tuntas atau hanya 10% dan siswa yang tidak tuntas berjumlah 27 atau 90%, maka diadakan siklus I dengan hasil 43% atau 13 siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) dan siklus II terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu 90% siswa yang sudah mencapai hasil optimal dalam ketrampilan gerak lokomotornya. Selain itu, peningkatan hasil belajar siswa juga telah meningkat dengan adanya modifikasi permainan bola kasti yang dirasa siswa permainan ini sangat menarik sehingga minat siswa dalam pelajaran PJOK semakin baik dan hasil belajar siswa juga meningkat.
