Abstract

This community service program focuses on enhancing digital marketing capabilities for the Kroket Keraton MSMEs in Tohudan Village, Colomadu, Central Java.  Kroket Keraton  MSMEs, which have traditionally relied on conventional sales,  have faced challenges  in reaching  a wider market and increasing sales. Through this program, intensive training and mentoring on digital marketing strategies were provided,  including the use of social media, creating  engaging content, search engine optimisation (SEO), and digital ad management. The results of this program showed a significant increase in the digital marketing knowledge and skills of MSME actors,  as well as  an increase in sales  and  market reach. Additionally, this program helped build brand awareness and customer loyalty through more effective and efficient digital marketing approaches.   Thus,  this community service program is expected to serve as a model for empowering other MSMEs in facing the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial ratios on the probability of financial distress among construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2022. Financial distress refers to a condition in which a company experiences financial difficulties before reaching bankruptcy, often characterized by liquidity problems and excessive leverage. The independent variables used in this study are the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO), Profit Margin (PM), and Sales Growth (SG), while financial distress (FD) serves as the dependent variable measured using the Modified Altman Z″-Score model. The research adopts a quantitative explanatory approach with secondary data obtained from annual financial reports of 21 construction companies for three consecutive years, resulting in 63 firm-year observations. Logistic regression analysis is employed using SPSS version 19 to evaluate both partial and simultaneous effects of financial ratios on financial distress. The results indicate that, simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on the likelihood of financial distress, demonstrating that financial ratios can serve as an early warning system for corporate financial health. Partially, only the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) shows a significant positive effect on financial distress, suggesting that higher leverage increases the probability of financial failure. Meanwhile, CR, FATO, PM, and SG have negative but statistically insignificant effects. The model exhibits excellent goodness of fit, with a Nagelkerke R² value of 0.917, Hosmer–Lemeshow significance of 0.976, and Omnibus test significance of 0.000. Overall, the findings highlight that capital structure (leverage) is the key determinant of financial distress in Indonesian construction firms. Proper debt management, efficient cash flow control, and sustainable financial policies are essential to maintain business continuity and minimize the risk of financial distress, especially during periods of economic uncertainty. Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini ditujukan pada kelompok petani ikan jenis lele yaitu kelompok bapak bapak kurnia indah 1 yang diketuai oleh bapak Deky Nugroho dengan 10 anggota yang berlokasi di Desa kudusan Gumpang Kartasura Sukoharjo. Tambak ikan ini merupakan usaha bersama dalam satu komplek perumahan yang mana untuk mendukung biaya pengembangan perumahan dan penghasilan bagi bapak bapak yang lemah ekonomi. Maka usaha tambak ikan ini menjadi prioritas sumber dana. Kelompok Tambak ikan saat ini memiliki 2 lokasi dimana sebelumya di komplek perumahan. Kebanyakan Kelompok usaha tambak ikan mengeluhkan akan mahalnya harga pakan ikan yang tinggi sehingga memberatkan biaya produksi, yaitu tingginya harga pakan ikan tidak diimbangi dengan harga jual ikan di pasaran, karena alasan ini maka tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini membantu kelompok petani ikan lele dalam penyediaan pakan ikan dengan cara membarikan mesin pembuat pakan ikan lele dan mengajarkan cara penggunaannya, lebih jauh hasil produksi selain dipakai sendiri untuk pengembangan tambak ikan Andir Farm maka akan dibantu dalam hal pemasaran hasil produksi pakan ikan dan akan dipasarkan lewat penjualan Web e-commerce. Metode yang digunakan dimulai dari tahapan persiapan, sosialisasi, praktik lapangan, dan evaluasi. Target hasil kegiatan yang dicapai adalah peternak memiliki keterampilan dalam memproduksi pakan ikan lele yang berkualitas serta mampu mengembangkan produksi ikan lele.
