Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model on the formation of religious character and discipline in fifth-grade students at SDN Gunungputri 04. The background of this study stems from the urgency of strengthening students' character, particularly in terms of religiosity and discipline, through learning methods that encourage active student involvement. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The research subjects consist of two groups: an experimental class that received the TPS learning model treatment and a control class that followed conventional learning. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets to evaluate students' religious character and discipline. The analysis results showed significant differences between the two groups. Students who learned using the TPS approach demonstrated better improvements in religious character and discipline compared to students in the control group. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Think Pair Share model has a positive impact on the development of students' religious character and discipline. Therefore, this model is recommended as one of the learning approaches worthy of implementation in character education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the relationship between the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and students religious character at Dwiwarna High School in Bogor Regency. The role of Islamic Education Teacher is not only as a teacher, but also includes functions as a guide, role model, and motivator in the formation of students religious character. A quantitative approach was used in this study with a correlational method. The research sample was 45 students from classes X and XI who were selected throught purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed a significant positive relationship between the role of PAI teachers and students religious character (r = 0,561, p < 0,05). This finding reinforces the importance of optimising the role of PAI teachers in fostering students spiritual character. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dengan karakter beragama siswa di SMA Dwiwarna Kabupaten Bogor. Peran Guru PAI tidak hanya sebagai pengajar, tetapi juga mencakup fungsi sebagai pembimbing, teladan, dan motivator dalam pembentukan karakter religius siswa. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode korelasional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 siswa dari kelas X dan XI yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara peran guru PAI dengan karakter beragama siswa (r = 0,561, p < 0,05). Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya optimalisasi peran guru PAI dalam membina karakter spiritual peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Game Based Learning model on students' learning interest in Natural Sciences (IPA) subjects in the third grade at MI Nurul Huda 3 Kota Bogor. The research method used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach and a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of two classes: the experimental class which used the Game Based Learning model, and the control class which used conventional learning. The instrument used was a learning interest questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed a significant increase in learning interest among students in the experimental class after the implementation of the Game Based Learning model. Based on the t-test statistical analysis, a significance value of < 0.05 was obtained, indicating a significant effect of the Game Based Learning model on students' learning interest. Therefore, this model is recommended as an effective alternative to enhance student engagement, especially in science learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop LKPD Media Blended Learning contains Good and Strong characters. Good characters indicated by Sincere, Honest, Trusted, Humble" and "Strong characters" indicated by Discipline, Courageous, Tough", as an innovation in Blended Learning media and to straighten up the quality of outcomes and student learning process with Islamic personality. This research was conducted at MI Nurul Yaqin, Cibinong Regency, Bogor. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) while the development process is adjusted to the research focus which consists of defining, designing and developing. The data obtained is in the form of qualitative. The results of the LKPD research are made in print and also online, i.e. e-learning in pdf form and learning videos, so that students can study at home via cellphones. In learning activities it can be implemented that good character requires three prerequisites, namely: (1) Honest, (2) Fair, and (3) Trust. Strong Character. Strong character demands three prerequisites as well: (1) Courage, (2) Discipline, and (3) Consistent. LKPD media is suitable for implementation as a Blended Learning medium because it is a combination of aspects of internet-based learning with face-to-face learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using interactive media based on Wordwall games on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMP PGRI Bogor. The background of this study is the low interest and motivation of students in participating in theoretical PAI lessons. The use of interactive media such as Wordwall is expected to significantly improve student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes.The research method used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach. The study subjects consisted of two classes: an experimental class using Wordwall media and a control class using conventional methods. The instruments used in this study were learning outcome tests, observations, and documentation. Data analysis used a t-test to determine differences in learning outcomes between the two groups.The results showed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes in the experimental class. Wordwall media proved effective in improving student understanding of PAI material, making learning more engaging and interactive. Therefore, interactive Wordwall media can be used as an alternative learning medium to improve the quality of religious education in schools. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media interaktif berbasis games Wordwall terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMP PGRI Bogor. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat dan motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran PAI yang bersifat teoritis. Penggunaan media interaktif seperti Wordwall diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keaktifan, motivasi, dan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media Wordwall dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes hasil belajar, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen. Media Wordwall terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi PAI, karena pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik dan interaktif. Oleh karena itu, media interaktif Wordwall dapat dijadikan alternatif media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama di sekolah.
