Abstract

Analysis of upper level female students™ learning interest in physical education in primary scool. Physical education is a subject that requires physical activity. Physical activity becomes a benchmark in determining students™ interest in learning. Learning interest is influenced by internal factros and external factors of upper grade famale students which include 4th, 5th, and 6th, grade famale students, descriptive and inferential analysis will be crried out. This research is a qualitative research instuments in the form of questionnaires and interview results. The results of this study  indicate that 76% of famale students at SD Negeri 068474 medan are categorized as strong. This means that as many as 76% of the total sample have an interest in praticipating in sthe physical education learning process.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has brought about a significant transformation in the banking sector, particularly through mobile banking (m-banking) services that facilitate various financial transactions. However, this convenience also poses a serious challenge in the form of increasing fraud and embezzlement crimes through the platform. This research aims to analyze the factors causing such crimes in Medan City and evaluate mitigation strategies that can be effectively implemented. The methods used are normative juridical and sociological juridical approaches, with data collection through literature study of laws and regulations, scientific literature, and observation of related social dynamics. The results show that low digital literacy, weak supervision of financial institutions, and the rapid development of technology without the support of an adequate security system are the main factors. In addition, the lack of public understanding of digital risks increases the potential for cybercrime. Therefore, a comprehensive mitigation strategy is needed, including the implementation of multi-factor authentication, strengthening artificial intelligence-based security systems, and continuous digital education. Collaboration between banking institutions, law enforcement officials, government, and the public is key in creating a safe and reliable digital ecosystem.Keywords: Fraud, embezzlement of funds, mobile banking, legal protection, Electronic Information and Transaction Law

Abstract

Perkuatan struktur diperlukan apabila struktur mengalami kerusakan yang berakibat tidak terpenuhinya lagi persyaratan teknis, seperti kekuatan, kekakuan dan daktilitas, kestabilan.. Penelitian ini menghitung perbaikan struktur pelat pada bangunan sekolah, yang mana perbaikan akan menggunakan FRP (Fibre Rainforced Polymer) sebagai bahan utama perbaikannya. Penelitian ini, menganalisis perkuatan pelat dengan cara menghitung momen pelat dengan menggunakan metode Konvensional, Teori Balok, dan juga dengan Teori Papan Catur dengan bantuan SAP2000. Perkuatan pada struktur ini direncanakan sebesar 30% dari kekuatan awal dari struktur pelat bangunan ini. Pelat yang ditinjau hanya pada pelat ruangan kelas. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil perhitungan Teori Konvensional adalah Momen Tumpuan sebesar 2134,8 Kgf/m dan Momen Lapangan sebesar 1372,37 Kgf/m. hasil perhitungan Teori Balok adalah Momen Tumpuan sebesar 1174,5 Kgf/m dan Momen Lapangan sebesar 557,25 Kgf/m.Dan hasil perhitungan Papan Catur dengan Momen terbesarnya adalah Momen Tumpuan sebesar 1148,93 Kgf/m dan Momen Lapangan sebesar 485,86 Kgf/m. Momen yang dipakai dalam perhitungan FRP adalah momen konvensional. Berikut adalah perhitungan momen setelah penambahan FRP pada pelat lantai, CFRP 30,92 % atau sama dengan 6601194,61Nmm dengan banyak FRP 5 lembar, AFRP 48,43 % atau sama dengan 10339463.78Nmm dengan banyak FRP 8 lembar, FRP 31,27 % atau sama dengan 6676954.04Nmm dengan banyak FRP 10 lembar.
