Abstract

Jumlah populasi mikroorganisme tanah sering menjadi tolak ukur kesuburan tanah. Hal ini dikarenakan mikroorganisme tanah memiliki banyak peran dalam menjaga keberlangsungan sistem di dalam tanah, diantaranya berfungsi sebagai katalis biokimia dalam proses-proses yang berlangsung di dalam tanah. Di sisi lain, Indonesia mengalami penurunan kualitas lahan hingga 25.1% yang sering kali disebabkan oleh penggunaan pupuk anorganik yang berlebihan. Dari hal tersebut bahan organik dapat menjadi masukan tambahan dalam upaya perbaikan tanah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jenis bahan organik terhadap jumlah populasi bakteri dan jamur di rizosfer tanaman jagung dan mengetahui keterkaitannya dengan pertumbuhan tanaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah percobaan lapangan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 18 perlakuan. Penelitian dilanjutkan dengan melakukan analisis tanah di laboratorium. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa perlakuan Pupuk kandang dosis 10 ton/ha dan Vermikompos dosis 10 ton/ha merupakan perlakuan dengan populasi bakteri terbaik, sedangkan populasi jamur terbaik diperoleh dari perlakuan Vermikompos dosis 10 ton/ha dan kombinasi Vermikompos dosis 5 ton/ha dengan biochar dosis 5 ton/ha. Keterkaitan yang erat antara bakteri dengan pertumbuhan tanaman memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat, sedangkan antara jamur dengan pertumbuhan tanaman memiliki hubungan yang lemah dan sedang.

Abstract

The offset printing system dominates for the number of prints with medium to small quantities, in the printing process it requires skills and techniques in the printing process from the design process, to the manufacture of offset plates. Many problems that often arise from paper materials and printing techniques, efforts to control the problem of misregister printing on offset sheet-fed machines come from paper that is not angled and from machine factors because the machine is not maintained and because the number of prints is small so the operator ignores the printing process procedure the data is taken from the Pareto analysis tool to the printing process at Indah Sakti Printing on Rawamagun Roast Chicken packaging located in Central Jakarta. From the factors causing problems in the process of printing the “Panggang Rawamangun” cardboard packaging on the SM 52 offset sheet-fed machine, the problem is that the gripper pressure is not right so that the print register is difficult to reach and often changes. How to control the prints in the process of printing cardboard packaging by applying the design to be printed in order to minimize the cause of this print misregisters. on the SM 52 offset sheet-fed machine.

Abstract

Basic education plays a strategic role in shaping character and enhancing students' cognitive abilities. However, the reality on the ground shows that learning is still dominated by conventional, less interactive methods, so students often experience difficulties in understanding the material. Furthermore, the minimal integration of local culture in learning causes students to become increasingly distant from the noble values of their region, including Javanese culture, which is rich in moral and social philosophy. This condition demands learning innovations that can connect material to the cultural context and students' daily lives. Based on observations at SDN 106830 Sidodadi Ramunia, as many as 85% of fifth-grade students are Javanese, yet learning still uses conventional, less engaging student worksheets (LKPD). As many as 70% of students stated that they were bored with the monotonous LKPD, and 65% had difficulty understanding the content because it was not contextual. On the other hand, technological developments provide a significant opportunity to create more engaging and interactive digital learning media, one of which is through the development of e-LKPD (Electronic Student Worksheets) based on local culture. The development of e-LKPD based on Javanese cultural wisdom is expected to be a solution to improve student motivation, understanding, and character. This media is designed with an attractive appearance, interactive features, and contains cultural values such as politeness, mutual cooperation, and gratitude. The integration of culture and technology in learning not only makes the learning process more meaningful and contextual but also plays a role in preserving local culture through education. Thus, e-LKPD based on Javanese cultural wisdom can be an effective innovation for creating relevant learning in the digital age.
