Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar matematika berbasis pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) dengan mengintegrasikan kearifan budaya lokal dari Kabupaten Ogan Ilir pada topik bangun datar dua dimensi untuk siswa kelas II sekolah dasar. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D), dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Validasi dilakukan oleh para ahli di bidang media, materi, dan bahasa. Analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli, uji coba pembelajaran, dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar memperoleh skor validitas sebesar 95,8%, yang dikategorikan sangat valid. Penilaian kepraktisan memperoleh skor sebesar 94% pada uji coba individual (one-to-one) dan 99% pada uji kelompok kecil, keduanya dikategorikan sangat praktis. Efektivitas bahan ajar yang diukur melalui hasil belajar siswa mencapai 94,1%, yang menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas yang sangat tinggi. Hasil-hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi konteks budaya lokal ke dalam bahan ajar berbasis RME dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, semangat, dan kesenangan dalam belajar matematika.

Abstract

Despite the usage of learning media, science learning outcomes remain low. The kids' learning outcomes, which are still below the KKM, demonstrate this fact. Therefore, the goal of this study is to enhance class IV students' scientific learning outcomes by using picture guessing games. In order to improve science learning outcomes relating the properties of light in class IV at SD 1 Sungai Pedada Kec. Tulung Selapan Kab. OKI Semester I for the 2023-2024 academic year, the researcher intends to conduct research in class IV at SD 1 Sungai Pedada by adopting an image guessing game. This study, which encompasses two cycles of classroom action research, use observation techniques to measure increases in teacher and student engagement, exams to measure increases in student learning outcomes, and the gathering of research-related data. Thirteen male and twelve female fourth-graders made up the research subjects. Complete learning outcomes of 71,20 in cycle I and 86,48 in cycle II could be obtained based on the data analysis results; there was a 15.28% difference in the average interval score percent. There was a 5,08% rise based on the pre-cycle comparison of cycles I and II. It has been determined that using the picture guessing game in science classes in class IV SD 1 Sungai Pedada can enhance student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Corruption is an act that is against the law and is detrimental both in social life and in the life of the state. Corruption is often said to be an Extraordinary Crime or a crime that has an extraordinary impact on the running of the government process in a country. In Indonesia, there are also rampant cases of corruption committed by law enforcers, namely the judicial mafia. The existence of the Judicial Mafia is a real form of Corruption Crime in the world of justice by abusing the authority they have. This unlawful act committed by the Judicial Mafia can affect the law enforcement process so that certainty and justice in the law are not achieved, and can damage the justice system in Indonesia. Method: this research is a normative juridical research, namely a research with the approach of laws and regulations, theory, and doctrine, as well as other relevant documents. Results: Several factors have contributed to the growing corruption in Indonesia, namely: (1) Conditions of laws and regulations. (2) Lack of legal awareness in society. (3) Judges have very strong powers and authorities. (4) Lack of Law Enforcement Officials' morale.
