Abstract

Talent management in the modern business sector is crucial because it provides a greater contribution to the management of human resources, which are now seen as valuable assets of the company. This approach not only functions as an internal strategy, but also as a form of anticipation of the risk of losing quality workers, considering the tendency of high employee mobility who can move to other companies at any time with more attractive offers. Through effective talent management, companies can optimize the potential of their personnel in achieving organizational goals. This study uses a literature study method, and the findings show that job satisfaction has a significant correlation with talent management practices. Some of the strategies identified in this context include developing digital skills, mapping talents in accordance with digital initiatives, creating a culture of innovation and maintenance, and utilizing technology and data analytics. A holistic and strategic talent management approach, supported by innovative leadership and adaptive marketing strategies, enables companies to effectively identify, develop, and retain the potential of individuals. This process includes the stages of recruitment, competency development, performance management, talent retention, and succession planning. The long-term output of successful talent management is the company's ability to retain the millennial generation workforce, which is known to be dynamic and demands a progressive work environment that supports continuous self-development

Abstract

The difference in roles between women and men in society has resulted in differences in the participation of women and men in the development process in Surakarta City. The participation of women is still far behind when compared to the participation of men. This can be seen from the indicators IPG (Gender Development Index), IDG (Gender Empowerment Index), TPAK (Labor Force Participation Rate), the phenomenon of feminization of poverty, and the level of women's representation in the DPRD (Regional People's Representative Council) in Surakarta. The impact is that women do not get the same benefits as men from the process or results of development in the City of Surakarta. As a result, development cannot take place optimally.

Abstract

In improving the quality and satisfaction of cadets,each Politeknik Bumi Akpelni must bi serious about paying attention to the needs and axpectations of the cadets and correcting all existing deficiencies. This improving academic administration service and administrative staff services. Politeknik Bumi Akpelni must be able to accept suggetions and constructive criticism internal parties, especially from cadets. From this background the problem that arises is : providing services regarding the level of satisfaction of cadets ad Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang. The aim is to find out The level of satisfacation with academic services towards the level of satisfaction of cadet at Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang.Based on the problem, the reserch method used is descriptive verification.The research results show that the services provided by academics are very important, the performance of the services provided to cadets ad Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang can meet the expectations of cadets. Thus, academics must pay attention to and respond to complaints submitted by cadets ad Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang. The Academi is expected to regularly is expected training and development to employees who directly deal with student.
