Abstract

The perpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and psychological contracts on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance at the Bumi Akpelni Polytechnic Semarang. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 68 employees. The dependent variable in this study is job satisfaction and performance, while the independent variables are motivation and psychological contract. In this study using the method of purpose sampling as a sampling technique. The results of the study explain that the psychological contract variable has a t-count calculation (0.538) with a significance (0.000 <0.05) so it can be concluded that the psychological contract variable has a positive and significant effect, while the motivation variable has a result with a path calculation of (0.028). it means that the motivation variable is also said to have a positive effect through job satisfaction. It is explained in the first equation that the adjusted R2 square is 0.057 meaning 5.7% of the job satisfaction variable can be explained by the variation of the two independent variables, namely work motivation and psychological contract, while 94.3% is explained by other reasons outside this research model. in the second equation it is stated that the adjusted R2 square is 0.265, meaning that 26.5% of the performance variable can be explained by the psychological contract variable, while the remaining 73.5% is explained by other reasons outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Islam terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, menganalisa dan membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Karakter Persona Islami terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, menganalisa dan membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Etika Kerja Islam terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Cabang Semarang. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Cabang Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan sebanyak 53 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deksriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan deskripsi variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Analisis statistik inferensial digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan analisa regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Islam tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Karakter Persona Islami berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine "Analysis of the influence of dissatisfaction, product attributes, and the need for variation, on the switching of the Asus brand ". This data research used a questionnaire with a scale of 1-5 with a sample of 96 respondents. This sampling technique uses a non probability sampling with technique purposive sampling . The data obtained were then analyzed with the SPSS . The results of this study partially (1) Dissatisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand switching based on the value of t count > t table that is 3.575 > 1.662 with a significant 0.001 < 0.05. (2) Product attributes have a positive and significant effect on brand switching based on the value of t count > t table, namely 2.362 > 1.662 with a significant 0.002 < 0.05. (3). The need to look for variations has a positive and significant effect on brand switching based on the t count > t table, namely 6.472 > 1.662 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. (4) Simultaneously, dissatisfaction, product attributes, and the need for variation have a positive and significant effect on brand switching. Based on the calculated F value < F table that is 111.918> 3.945 with a significant 0.000 <0.005. Based on Adjusted R Square that is equal to 0.778. In this case, it means that 77.8% of the variation in the brand switching variable is explained by the variables of dissatisfaction, product attributes, and the need to seek variation. Meanwhile, the remaining 22.2% is explained by other variables outside the model

Abstract

Sebagai Ibukota Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Kota Semarang menjadi barometer pertumbuhan perekonomian, geliat ekonomi tidak bisa terlepas dari keberagaman warga yang mendiami kota tersebut, simbiosis yang terjaga antara warga dengan pemerintah Kota ini harus senantiasa bersinergi secara terus menerus dalam upaya menjaga stabilitas pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kekuatan ekonomi tidak bisa lepas dengan berbagai dukungan dan salah satu pendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di suatu kawasan tertentu adalah sektor pariwisata dimana dalam pembahasan ini yang menjadi pokok penelitian adalah pengembangan potensi pariwisata Kota Semarang. Hasil dari penelitian ini (1) Wilayah Kecamatan di Kota Semarang telah berusaha untuk mengembangkan potensi wisata dan menciptakan obyek wisata baru; (2) Adanya peran aktif pemerintah Kota Semarangdalam upaya mendorong pengembangan potensi wisata sebagai bagian dari kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi perkotaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of online learning for students or cadets at the Bumi Akpelni Polytechnic semarang, with a total of 516 respondents. Research activities were carried out during the implementation of Study From Home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The application support used in this online lecture is zoom meetings, google meet and whattapp groups. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that aims to describe the condition of natural objects with triangulation data collection techniques. From the results of the study of 516 cadets or students, it can be concluded that students or cadets choose at home as a place to learn during the pandemic, then it can also be explained that the most effective tool is a smartphone then respondents choose to use the Google Classroom application as the main alternative in online learning but it is also necessary to pay attention to the geographical conditions of each and

Abstract

Akpelni is one of the maritime vocational higher schools which educate the candidate of seafarers in Indonesia. Therefore, this research is done to look for a solution to a problem faced by Akpelni observational Aim. This is subject to learning how to build lecture performance with enhanced quality of work life and transformational leadership as variable as free. Observational Model examination empiric utilizes regression get phase on programs SPSS version 21.00. This observational Population is all lecturers at Akpelni. Base sample requirement that representative; therefore sample amount in observational is 60 respondents with the census method. All examinee hypothesis on observational can be accepted since t test point out the result that significant. This observational result points out a positive relationship and significance between the quality of work life and lecture performance and positive influential transformational leadership and significant to lecture performance. The results showed that quality of work life is the most influential factor on lecture performance to the value of the regression coefficient of 0.459. The strategic finding in this research materializes profound managerial implications by regards various strategy push the quality of work life for lectures in achieving lecture performance. This observational recommendation is needed to step up in performing each observational variable and evaluate the resulting managerial policy utilized up to the better lecture performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) seberapa besar pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha (2) seberapa besar pengaruh efikasi diri berwirausaha terhadap intensi berwirausaha, (3) seberapa besar pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri berwirausaha terhadap intensi berwirausaha taruna Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang. Judul ini menarik untuk diteliti karena diharapkan nantinya dapat menghasilkan taruna yang berpotensi dan berkompeten serta mempunyai integritas tinggi dengan pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri berwirausaha, sehingga nantinya diharapkan lahir wirausaha-wirausaha baru yang mampu menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan sendiri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah taruna/ taruni angkatan 55 prodi KPN, Nautik dan Teknika dengan jumlah 350 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner. Uji coba instrumen ini dilakukan terhadap 78 taruna/ taruni angkatan 55 prodi KPN, Nautika dan Teknika. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi ganda. Sebelum analisis data terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian persyaratan analisis meliputi uji Normalitas, Heterokedastisitas dan Autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Berdasarkan uji hipotesis parsial/ uji T diperoleh hasil bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, (2) berdasarkan uji hipotesis parsial/ uji T diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri berwirausaha berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, (3) berdasarkan uji hipotesis simultan/ uji F diperoleh hasil bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri berwirausaha berpengaruh secara simultan/ memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 50,4 %.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the model of waste handling in Ngampel Kulon village, Ngampel District, Kendal Regency, the purpose of this study is to find out the impact of handling waste management using a waste bank system, the method of this research is field research, meaning that the data used as a reference in this study are field facts that are directly related to the research site, The results of this study are known that the waste bank system developed by empowering Karang Taruna has been able to make a positive contribution to the community to care about the household waste produced, then other results explain that handling the waste can help the economy of villagers, although not too large a contribution, in terms of education, sanitation, economy, social and culture, in terms of education, from the efforts of educating citizens to carefully select garbage and know . environment.

Abstract

Talent management in the modern business sector is crucial because it provides a greater contribution to the management of human resources, which are now seen as valuable assets of the company. This approach not only functions as an internal strategy, but also as a form of anticipation of the risk of losing quality workers, considering the tendency of high employee mobility who can move to other companies at any time with more attractive offers. Through effective talent management, companies can optimize the potential of their personnel in achieving organizational goals. This study uses a literature study method, and the findings show that job satisfaction has a significant correlation with talent management practices. Some of the strategies identified in this context include developing digital skills, mapping talents in accordance with digital initiatives, creating a culture of innovation and maintenance, and utilizing technology and data analytics. A holistic and strategic talent management approach, supported by innovative leadership and adaptive marketing strategies, enables companies to effectively identify, develop, and retain the potential of individuals. This process includes the stages of recruitment, competency development, performance management, talent retention, and succession planning. The long-term output of successful talent management is the company's ability to retain the millennial generation workforce, which is known to be dynamic and demands a progressive work environment that supports continuous self-development
