Abstract

Work performance issomething that is very important in a company or agency's efforts to achieve its goals.In order to improve employee performance, the role of leadership is a focus that attracts the attention of the field of organizational behavior. The quality of a leader is often considered the most important factor in determining the success or failure of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, work motivation, organizational culture on work performance with leadership style as a moderation. The population used was employees at the Surabaya Police Polyclinic. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 38 people. The analysis techniqueusing parametric inferential statistical techniques, namely using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method as an alternative analysis tool using SMARTPLS 3.0. The test results show that work stress does not have a significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Surabaya Police Polyclinic. While work motivation and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee work performance. Leadership style is able to moderate the relationship between work stress and employee work performance and the relationship between organizational culture and employee work performance. Leadership style is not able to moderate the relationship between work motivation and employee work performance

Abstract

This study aims to explain and describe how government management processes are seen from the analysis of the organizing system which consists of division of labor, departmentalization, authority distribution and coordination in achieving efficiency and effectiveness in the Office of Settlements and Infrastructure in the Jeneponto District. This study uses the desk riptif method with high quality . Data collection techniques used are literature studies and field studies in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at the relevant government agencies, namely the Department of Settlements and Prasana Jeneponto Regency. Based on the results of the research , the division of labor is considered to be still less than the basic work Departemenisation has been carried out quite well in both individual and group assignments. Authority distribution is poorly implemented, coordination is still not carried out so that it cannot be efficiently and effectively integrated.

Abstract

Tekanan persaingan dan perubahan lingkungan kerja di bindang digital menuntut perusahaan teknologi di Indonesia mengelola sumber daya manusia secara lebih efektif. PT Berkarya Putra Inovasi mengalami penurunan kinerja karyawan, dengan capaian KPI menurun dari 87% pada 2021 menjadi 75% pada 2023, yang mengindikasikan adanya masalah pada produktivitas, motivasi, dan keterlibatan kerja. Penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh empowerment, lingkungan kerja, dan reward terhadap kinerja menunjukkan hasil yang tidak konsisten, serta masih terbatas penelitian yang menguji peran mediasi employee engagement khususnya pada perusahaan teknologi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh empowerment, work environment, dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan SEM-PLS digunakan terhadap 128 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, sedangkan empowerment dan reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui employee engagement. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkuat model manajemen SDM integratif dengan menegaskan employee engagement sebagai mekanisme penting yang menjembatani pengaruh praktik SDM terhadap kinerja. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui pemberdayaan yang tepat, penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, serta sistem reward yang adil guna memperkuat employee engagement.
