Abstract

In the 21st-century professional competence of teachers is needed in carrying out the teaching and learning process, which is pursued through the Development of Sustainable Profession (CLA). The low level of CLA in SMP Negeri 1 Semarang proves that the government's efforts to improve teacher professionalism haven’t been successful. This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and school culture through work ethic on the professionalism of junior high school teachers in Semarang City. This study applies the analysis path through two regression analyses: 1) regression analysis between principal leadership, school culture, and work ethic on teacher professionalism, and 2) regression analysis between principal leadership and school culture on work ethic. This study uses the online Sobel Test Calculator to test the variables. The results of the regression analysis stated that the principal's leadership had no direct effect on teacher professionalism. Principal leadership and school culture affect teacher professionalism through work ethic as an intervening variable according to the results of the Sobel test.

Abstract

Program pemerintah kota Surabaya adalah terciptanya kondisi daerah tinggal (kampung) yang nyaman, aman dan ramah bagi proses tumbuh kembang anak dalam dukungan masyarakat yang menjamin pemenuhan hak anak dan mengupayakan perlindungan anak secara optimal. Pemerintah Kota Surabaya meyakini bahwa untuk menjadikan Surabaya sebagai Kota layak Anak Yaitu Kampung Pendidikan Kampung arek Surabaya (KP KAS) yang memiliki 7 (Tujuh ) karakteristik: (1) Kampung Kreatif; (2) Kampung Belajar ; (3) Kampung Asuh; (4) Kampung Aman; (5) Kampung Sehat; (6) Kampung Literasi dan (7) Pemuda Penggerak Literasi. Kelurahan Sawunggaling, Kecamatan Wonokromo , Kota Surabaya masuk dalam kategori kampung Madya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah Bagaimana menyusun Portofolio Lomba KP-KAS yang baik dan benar, sesuai dengan kriteria lomba KP-KAS Tahun 2018. Tujuan Pendampingan yaitu Kelurahan Sawunggaling, Kecamatan Wonokromo mampu menghasilkan Portofolio Lomba KP-KAS yang tersusun sesuai dengan ketentuan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya mampu meng-eksplorasi potensi dan keunggulan-keunggulan yang dimiliki, serta mengungkap-kannya dalam Portofolio Lomba KP-KAS secara optimal serta mampu menyelesaikan penyusunan Portofolio Lomba KP-KAS tepat waktu. Hasil dari pendampingan tersusunya Portofolio Lomba KP KAS Kategori Kampung Madya, Kelurahan Sawunggaling, Kecamatan Wonokromo , Kota Surabaya tepat pada waktunya

Abstract

Kerajinan tangan ini merupakan sebuah kerajinan seni yang dibuat menggunakan tangan atau secara sederhana yang berguna sebagai hiasan, pernak-pernik, dan untuk digunakan sehari- hari. UMKM kerajinan di bawah binaan Dewan Masjid Indonesia Kabupaten Gresik merupakan UKM produk kreatif masyarakat Gresik. Produk kerajinan yang dihasilkan meliputi songkok, tas sekolah, topi, anyaman bambu, dan anyaman rotan. Awalnya sistem pemasaran produk kerajinan tangan ini masih banyak yang dijual dengan cara tradisional, namun saat ini sudah menggunakan pemasaran online, maka banyak hasil kreativitas warga Gresik yang tereksplorasi dengan baik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM kerajinan adalah tentang masalah perpajakan, hal ini terjadi ketika mereka harus berhadapan dengan instansi yang terkait dengan pajak. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sosialisasi memahami tentang kewajiban pajak, memahami prinsip dasar PPh final UMKM, dan memahami bagaimana mekanisme pelaporan perpajakan. Diharapkan setelah adanya sosialisasi pemahaman perpajakan bagi pelaku UMKM kerajinan akan mendorong peningkatan penjualan dan perekonomian nasional yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Mitra PM-UPUD adalah UD Shalempang Batik Madura (Mitra 1) dan Kelompok Pembatik Rumahan, Pemasok Bahan, dan Penjahit Dusun Pliyang (Mitra 2). Permasalahan ditinjau dari aspek produksi, pasca proses produksi batik-tulis khususnya yang menggunakan bahan-bahan kimia, pengrajin Mitra 1 biasanya langsung membuang air limbah begitu saja ke selokan atau sungai terdekat tanpa melalui proses pengolahan limbah sebelumnya. Tujuan program adalah meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas batik-tulis Madura motif Sampang yang ramah lingkungan di Desa Tanggumong Kecamatan Samapangi Kabupaten Sampang. Metode kegiatan ditempuh melalui implementasi kegiatan, berupa penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna instalasi pengolah air limbah (IPAL) residu proses produksi batik tulis ke Mitra 1. Bangunan IPAL Batik-Tulis terdiri dari bak penangkap lilin, bak pengendap dan perata aliran berjumlah tiga buah, bak koagulasi berisi filter tawas, bak absorbsi karbon aktif berisi filter arang kayu atau batok kelapa berjumlah tiga buah, dan bak kontrol akhir. Bak kontrol akhir berfungsi menampung air limbah terakhir yang relatif aman bagi lingkungan sebelum dibuang ke saluran selokan atau sungai. Air limbah juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk proses pencucian batik kembali atau dipakai untuk menyiram tanaman.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, changing the learning system to be online-based, learning using e-learning, zoom or google meet. The purpose of this study was to determine student satisfaction with the implementation of e-learning in terms of Information Quality (IQ), System Quality (SQ), Service Quality (SEQ), User (U), User Satisfaction (US) and the net benefits (NB) received by students. The population in this study are students at private universities who use eLearning in their learning system. A sample of 353 respondents using certain criteria. Questionnaire as a research instrument by using an online application. Data analysis using SEM PLS. The results showed that Information Quality (IQ), System Quality (SQ), Service Quality (SEQ)  had an effect on User (U) and User Satisfaction (US). The findings of this study also show that User (U) and User Satisfaction (US) is capable of moderating between Information Quality (IQ), System Quality (SQ), Service Quality (SEQ) and net benefits (NB) received. The learning system using eLearning is able to transfer the knowledge of lecturers to students.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate literature related to the causes of anxiety in students, delineating the factors that trigger anxiety through data analysis. Employing the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with a qualitative approach, the study collected data by searching articles on Google Scholar and Sinta-indexed journals. Out of 100 relevant articles, 23 were selected based on matching criteria. The chosen articles span the publication period from 2017 to 2023 to ensure the freshness and accuracy of the data. The literature review results indicate that the causes of student anxiety can be categorized into personality, intellectual, and social environmental factors. Physiological aspects were also identified as elements influencing student anxiety.

Abstract

The dimension of Responsible Consumption and Production encompasses the conscientious manufacturing process of a product, with a focus on minimizing waste and residues that may pose environmental risks. Strategically situated within an industrial region, Gresik plays a pivotal role in advancing Sustainable Development Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. This research endeavors to achieve a dual objective. Firstly, it aims to raise awareness about the significance of responsible production in Yosowilangun, Gresik, one of the busiest villages in the area. Additionally, the research seeks to economically empower women residing in this village. The Eco-Print fabrication employed in this study goes beyond utilizing random waste materials; instead, it leverages the recycling of dried leaves waste, a readily available resource in Gresik. Acknowledging certain limitations, such as the scale of prototype production and the ongoing nature of the study due to the gradual nature of awareness-raising efforts, this research introduces a novel aspect by uniquely applying recycled leaf waste in textile production. This approach, not extensively explored in the industry, opens a new avenue for sustainable manufacturing and women's empowerment in developing regions. The product resulting from this research is not only environmentally friendly but also holds the potential to improve the socio-economic well-being of women in Yosowilangun Village.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan masalah lingkungan serius yang dihadapi masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya. termasuk di RT. 06 Desa Bunglai, Kecamatan Aranio, Kabupaten Banjar, Kalimantan Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil diagnosa komunitas yang telah dilakukan di RT 06 Desa Bunglai ditemukan bahwa sebanyak 93,3% rumah tangga menangani sampah dengan cara dibakar. Oleh karena itu, program SAMTAMA (Sampah Tanggung Jawab Bersama) diperlukan sebagai intervensi pengelolaan sampah di Desa Bunglai RT 06. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan diskusi dan ceramah, serta tutorial pembuatan household sanitary landfill. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pre dan post test serta leaflet sebagai media edukasi. Tujuan dari program ini untuk merubah kebiasaan masyarakat dan mencegah penyakit yang akan terjadi dimasa yang akan datang, beserta penyuluhan terkait pengelolaan sampah, dampak sampah jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, jenis sampah, cara memilah sampah, dan tutorial household sanitary landfill. Hasil pre-post test yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pada indikator pengetahuan dimana didapatkan nilai baik meningkat dari 2 orang (7,4%) menjadi 20 orang (74,1%) dan hasil sama atau tidak terjadi perubahan pada indikator sikap Dimana didapatkan nilai positif sebanyak 27 orang (100%). Sehingga program ini dapat memberikan dampak yang positif dan memberikan manfaat bagi warga RT. 06 Desa Bunglai.

Abstract

In the business world, organizational ambidexterity (OA) is becoming more and more important, particularly in women-led SMEs. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how organizational ambidexterity mediates the impact of female leadership on the financial performance of women-led SMEs. The study's population consisted of 190 female SME owners in Indonesia, and SEM PLS was used to analyze the data. The results of the study demonstrate that OA can mediate the impact of female leadership on business success, that OA influences OA, and that both OA and female leadership have an impact on business performance. The association between female leadership and the business success of female SME actors is strengthened by organizational ambidexterity, which functions as an intervening variable. Female SME leaders can boost competitiveness and sustainable business growth by utilizing current resources and exploring new opportunities. As a result, the creation of OA is one of the most important tactics for assisting the advancement of women-led SMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the export procedure of cooked frozen tuna loin (Thunnus sp.) at PT LSS Banyuwangi, a tuna product that is highly sought after in international markets. The research method used includes observation, interviews, and documentation to collect primary and secondary data. The results show that the export procedure of cooked frozen tuna loin involves several stages, from production preparation to shipment to international consumers. This process includes quality inspection, health and food safety certification, packaging, and transportation using a cold chain system to maintain product freshness. This study also discusses the required documents, such as export permits, health certificates, and regulatory documents from the destination country. Therefore, to improve export efficiency and success, companies need to ensure that each stage of the procedure is carried out correctly and in accordance with international standards to ensure that the product reaches consumers with the best quality.
