Abstract

Some people have a bad view of friendship between men. Even though many of them have closeness just to share stories and problems that cannot be told to their partners. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of bromance representation contained in the novel Dikta dan Hukum by Dhia'an Farah using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory. This is done to analyze the meaning of a quote that represents a picture of closeness among men and then relates it to phenomena in society. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques, data analysis techniques in the form of work analysis. The results of the study show that the forms of bromance include: mutual affection, emotional support, protection, and pleasure in each other's presence.

Abstract

Bullying is a common practice, especially in schools, and requires attention from various parties. One approach is to provide education on bullying and prevent human rights violations. This community service activity is a contribution from academics to promote the importance of understanding human rights protection and addressing bullying behavior in schools. The purpose of this outreach is to increase knowledge, build legal awareness among students and educators in the school environment, strengthen humanitarian values, and encourage the creation of safe, harmonious, and inclusive schools. This study used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The results of the outreach show an increase in student knowledge regarding bullying. Students are able to understand children's rights, the impacts, and how to deal with bullying that occurs to themselves or in their surroundings.
