Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one area of technology that plays a major role in digital transformation. Human Resource Management (HRM) has an unlimited role to play in creating a fair work environment throughout the world and ensuring fairness in the company. AI analytics can be used in the human resources sector to generate strategies and solutions quickly and enable employees to align processes efficiently. The method used in this research is literature study by collecting information through articles and scientific journals. The research results show that public sector workers must acquire new skills and knowledge necessary to interact with and manage AI systems. In facing advances in AI, companies/agencies need to pay attention to HR career development through training and improving new skills and knowledge needed to interact and manage AI systems. In facing global challenges, AI must be seen as a tool, not a substitute for human resource management.

Abstract

Dalam masyarakat yang semakin terkoneksi secara digital, anak-anak terpapar pada beragam konten online, dan permainan online melalui samrtphone. Akan tetapi, teknologi adalah seperti dua mata pisau, memiliki potensi untuk memberikan manfaat besar sekaligus membawa risiko besar, tergantung pada cara kita menggunakannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji keefektivan produk multimedia interaktif berbasis articulate storyline efektif untuk meningkatkan pendidikan karakter siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian pengembangan multimedia interaktif ini menggunakan desain pengembangan ADDIE. Sampel penitian ini 30 orang siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri Panancangan 5 Serang, yang diperoleh melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket karakter dengan model skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik parametrik yang menggunakan wilcoxon signed-rank test. Hasil temuan menunjukkan multimedia interaktif berbasis articulate storyline efektif untuk meningkatkan karakter siswa SD, dibuktikan dari perbedaan yang signifikan pendidikan karakter sebelum dan sesudah diberikan multimedia interaktif berbasis articulate storyline. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait kurikulum dan metode pengajaran yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This community service activity highlights the serious issue of stunting in Indonesia, specifically in Muncung Village, Kronjo District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. The program aims to raise public awareness about the importance of balanced nutrition in preventing stunting. The method used involves a series of steps: planning, preparation, and implementation. The outreach event held on July 22, 2024, engaged 30 participants from the village and 7 students from the Community Service Program (KKM) of Universitas Bina Bangsa. The results indicated an increased understanding among participants of the critical role of nutrition in child development, especially during the first two years of life. The community became more aware of how to select and prepare nutritious foods readily available in their environment. This outreach is expected to promote healthy eating habits and support optimal child growth.

Abstract

Behavioral disorders, which are disorders of adjustment to the social environment caused by weak self-control, are the most common cases in children. 50% or more of children aged 4-5 years have exhibited some external conduct disorder syndrome that can develop into a permanent conduct disorder (Campbell, Coie &; Reid, in Bennett, Brown, Lipman, Racine, Boyle &; Offord, 1999). In Indonesia itself, although there is no definite number, there are quite a lot of children who can be said to have behavioral disorders. The purpose of this study was to conduct research related to the influence of parenting on the aggressive behavior of 4-year-olds who tend to fight and hit. The method used in this study is to use qualitative descriptive methods, and the data collection tools in this study are observation and interviews. Based on the results and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that behavioral disorders in children who often fight and like to hit others, one of which can be influenced by parental parenting as well as the process of imitation from parents because parents are modeling (imitation) for children

Abstract

The socio-emotional ability of early childhood is still low, that is the reason behind the researcher to conduct a qualitative research method, a case study at Khalifah 1 Sempu Kindergarten, Serang City. The focus of this research problem is the improvement of early childhood socio-emotional abilities that have not developed properly, one of which is influenced by the understanding of learning about socio-emotional education, therefore the researcher conducted learning using the reward and punishment method as an effort to improve the socio-emotional skills of early childhood at Khalifah 1 Serang Sempu Kindergarten. The purpose of this research is to find out the use of the reward and punishment method in an effort to improve the basic socio-emotional skills of children in Khalifah 1 Serang Sempu Kindergarten. The subjects in this study are 15 Class A early childhood children at Khalifah 1 Serang Sempu Kindergarten for the 2023/2024 school year. The standard of success in this study is that if the child has an improvement in socio-emotional, then this study is declared successful, seen from before being given rewards and punishments and after being given rewards and punishment. Thus, teachers and parents can use the results of this study as a reference in implementing rewards and punishments as an effort to improve children's socio-emotional abilities as needed.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual di kalangan remaja merupakan masalah serius dengan dampak jangka panjang pada kesehatan fisik dan mental korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis upaya pencegahan kekerasan seksual di lingkungan SMPIT Bait Et-Tauhdi Kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan seksual komprehensif diakui sebagai elemen penting dalam pencegahan kekerasan seksual. Meskipun siswa memahami konsep batasan pribadi dan persetujuan, masih terdapat ketakutan untuk melaporkan kejadian kekerasan seksual. Guru dan staf sekolah memerlukan pelatihan yang lebih intensif mengenai cara mendeteksi dan menangani kasus kekerasan seksual. Sosialisasi kebijakan pencegahan kekerasan seksual juga perlu ditingkatkan untuk memastikan pemahaman dan implementasi yang efektif di kalangan komunitas sekolah. Kesimpulannya, untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan mendukung, diperlukan pendidikan seksual yang komprehensif, pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru dan staf, serta mekanisme pelaporan yang jelas dan efektif. Implementasi strategi pencegahan ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi insiden kekerasan seksual di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Community service activities through an early education program on understanding body privacy were conducted by students during the Student Work Program (KKM) at SDN Muncung 1 on August 22, 2024. This program was designed to enhance students' understanding of the importance of maintaining body privacy. The teaching methods employed included lectures, Q&A sessions, discussions, and visual media. This study used a qualitative analysis approach with primary data obtained from photo documentation and secondary data from literature reviews. Survey results showed a significant increase in students' understanding after participating in the activity. The results of this socialization indicate that the interactive approach applied in this program successfully raised awareness about the importance of maintaining body privacy among students and was effective in conveying the material on understanding body privacy. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of using diverse teaching methods and active engagement in learning to create better privacy awareness among students.

Abstract

Menurut data terbaru Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia (IDAI) sekitar 18 persen BALITA di Indonesia mengalami gangguan perkembangan motorik halus dan kasar. Stimulasi terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak  khususnya diawal masa kehidupannya yaitu pada fase pertumbuhan sensorimotori pada usia 0-2 tahun  dilakukan oleh orang tua anak, Buku bertekstur merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dapat ditempuh dalam memberikan stimulus pada motorik halus anak, Media ini dibuat dan dirancang dengan tujuan menstimulus motorik  halus pada anak usia 0-2 tahun. Pengembangan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan perancangan model ADDIE. memiliki 5 tahapan antara lain Analysis (Analisis), Design (Desain), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi) dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE yang dilakukan hanya sampai tahap Development (Pengembangan). Dari hasil akhir Media buku bertekstur yang dikembangakan mendapatkan penilaian dari ahli dengan menilai dari dua aspek yaitu media dan materi sudah termasuk layak sehingga dalam tahap selanjutnya buku ini dapat di implementasikan

Abstract

Sexual violence against children is a global problem that affects millions of children every year. This violence often involves abuse of power by the perpetrator to force the victim to carry out unwanted actions. Seeing these conditions, sex education is an important effort to teach children how to protect themselves. Guidance and counseling (BK) services can provide psychological and emotional support to children who may have experienced violence or sexual abuse, and help them understand and manage the impact. The guidance and counseling service process requires BK teachers to use media that is easy to understand so that the material can be conveyed clearly to children. It is hoped that the development of application-based interactive educational media can facilitate children's understanding and increase their interest in learning by presenting information about sexual education through text, animated videos and interesting quizzes to test their understanding of the material presented

Abstract

Bullying is a common practice, especially in schools, and requires attention from various parties. One approach is to provide education on bullying and prevent human rights violations. This community service activity is a contribution from academics to promote the importance of understanding human rights protection and addressing bullying behavior in schools. The purpose of this outreach is to increase knowledge, build legal awareness among students and educators in the school environment, strengthen humanitarian values, and encourage the creation of safe, harmonious, and inclusive schools. This study used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The results of the outreach show an increase in student knowledge regarding bullying. Students are able to understand children's rights, the impacts, and how to deal with bullying that occurs to themselves or in their surroundings.
