Abstract

The regent working and having an office in the village (Bujang Kampung) program is an initiative of the Siak Regency Government to improve access and quality of health services in remote areas. This program offers free health services, including specialist doctors, but faces several challenges such as a lack of specialist doctors, limited implementation time, less effective outreach, and a budget that was not allocated well at the beginning of the year. This program has also received the attention of the Indonesian Ombudsman and is dealing with high rates of diseases such as Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) and Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI). This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with the determination of informants using purposive sampling techniques, with the theory of government strategy by Geoff Mulgan (2009) with indicators of purpose, environment, directions, actions, and learning. This study explains the strategy of the Regent and Deputy Regent in implementing the Regent Working and Having an Office in the Village (Bujang Kampung) of Siak Regency in 2023. The results of the study show that the Regent and Deputy Regent of Siak issued Regent Regulation No. 6 of 2024 concerning the Implementation of Public Services through the Bujang Kampung Program (Regents Working and Having Offices in Villages). Several strategies implemented include intensive communication between agencies, budget optimization through ORGANISASI PERANGKAT DAERAH (OPD) operational funds, and the launch of the "Siak Melesat" mobile health service. The government also integrates health education, encourages the active role of village officials, and establishes partnerships with companies through CSR such as PT BSP and PT RAPP which provide Supplementary Food Provision (PMT) assistance. New strategies include a participatory approach, local technology, and an integrated service model, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Abstract

Pengabdian yang dilakukan Kelompok KUKERTA Integrasi Desa Salo Timur ini bertujuanuntuk membantu UMKM Dapur Aru mengoptimalkan pemasaran melalui pemanfaatan mediadigital yang lebih efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah sosialisasi dan praktiklangsung. Tahapan implementasi yang diberikan Kelompok KUKERTA Integrasi Desa SaloTimur kepada UMKM Dapur Aru adalah; sosialisasi tentang pentingnya selalu aktif di mediasosial dan marketplace; sosialisasi dan praktik penggunaan Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads,Instagram Ads, dan Broadcast Whatsapp; sosialisasi dan praktik penggunaan fitur-fitur pentingpada media sosial dan marketplace yang digunakan; sosialisasi dan praktik penggunaan aplikasiCanva untuk menunjang konten produk penjualan; sosialisasi dan praktik penggunaan websiteyang disediakan oleh Kelompok KUKERTA Integrasi Desa Salo Timur; berlatih caramengambil foto produk yang menarik; serta membantu menjalankan media sosial ataumarketplace berupa Tiktok/Tiktokshop UMKM Dapur Aru yang menghasilkan lebih banyakfollower pada akun baru dibandingkan akun lama UMKM Dapur Aru. Selain menghasilkanbeberapa kegiatan bermanfaat, kegiatan bermitra pada pengabdian ini menghasilkan pengetahuanbaru yang didapatkan oleh pihak yang terkait didalamnya.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the derivation process of processed sago food carried out by Yupaet Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Sago, which is one of the superior products in the Meranti Islands Regency area, has the potential to be developed into various processed food products that have added value. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Researchers observed and analyzed the production processes and innovations carried out by Yupaet MSMEs in processing sago into various processed foods, especially sago noodles. The data obtained was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in stages, namely reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The research results showed that Yupaet MSMEs have an understanding of the techniques and processes for processing sago into various processed foods and have succeeded in deriving processed sago foods well, thereby producing processed food products that have added value. One of the processed sago foods that Yupaet MSMEs have successfully made is the first instant sago noodles in Riau with the product name Mie Sago Boedjang.
