Abstract

This study implements the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) method to evaluate and mitigate occupational risks in the manufacturing construction sector. A bibliometric analysis reveals a growing yet insufficient number of studies applying structured risk control frameworks like HIRADC in industrial settings, particularly in developing countries. Using a descriptive approach, data were collected through field observations, interviews, and document analysis. Seven hazards were identified, resulting in five low-risk and two moderate-risk classifications using a probability–severity matrix. Control measures were implemented following ISO 45001:2018 standards, including engineering controls, administrative actions, and personal protective equipment (PPE). The results demonstrate that HIRADC enhances workplace safety awareness and reduces risk levels. This study contributes a practical safety framework for manufacturing environments while reinforcing the relevance of SDG-aligned and bibliometrically justified research in occupational health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui metode Direct Instruction. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas 1 MI Ilham I pada tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 26 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah evaluasi hasil belajar terkait kemampuan memahami keterampilan membaca dengan menerapkan metode Direct Instruction. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran langsung dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berhasil meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas 1 MI Ilham Jakarta. Peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa terlihat dari pencapaian Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 60, yaitu pada siklus I ketuntasan prestasi belajar siswa mencapai 75% dengan nilai rata-rata 58%. Peningkatan dari pra-tindakan ke siklus I adalah sebesar 30%. Selanjutnya, pada siklus II, pencapaian siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM 60 adalah sebesar 85%, dengan nilai rata-rata 92. Perbedaan peningkatan nilai dari siklus I ke siklus II adalah sebesar 7%, dengan selisih nilai rata-rata antara siklus I dan siklus II sebesar 7,67. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua siswa aktif dan dapat bekerja sama dengan baik antar siswa maupun antara siswa dengan guru dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, sehingga terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This study aimed to resolve financial management challenges at Haji Iros Restaurant, which stemmed from an inefficient manual bookkeeping system causing discrepancies between predicted and actual income. The research goal was to design and implement an integrated financial management system using Microsoft Access to automate transactions, sales recording, and report generation. The methodology involved conducting surveys and interviews to identify specific problems, followed by the systematic design and development of a relational database system. Key components included tables for menu and transaction data, input forms, processing queries, and automated financial reports. The result demonstrated that the implemented system successfully reduced bookkeeping time and minimized calculation errors. The discussion highlights how the system’s integration ensures data consistency and provides real-time financial transparency. In conclusion, the Microsoft Access-based system effectively improves the accuracy and efficiency of financial management for the restaurant. The impact of this research is significant support of MS’E's digital transformation, leading to strengthened operational efficiency, enhanced financial control, and greater potential for economic growth, aligning with the national theme of strengthening small businesses.
