Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and test the analysis of the influence of job crafting and employee performance on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office, totaling 85 people. The sample was taken using saturated samples or total sampling techniques, and is also called the census method. Given the relatively small population, all populations were used as respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression through SPSS version 26. The test results revealed that partially job crafting had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office. Partially employee performance had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office. Simultaneously, job crafting and employee performance had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the performance management information system application and good government on the performance of the Banda Aceh Culture and Tourism Office. The population in this study were all employees. The sample collection technique in this study was a census, so that the number of respondents was 191 people. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires online which were linked to a google form. The Likert scale was used to measure data in the field and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The test results concluded that the partial implementation of SIMANJA had an effect on organizational performance. This also applies to the role of the good government variable on the dependent variable. Simultaneously, the results of the F test prove that the implementation of the performance management information system application and good government on the performance of the Banda Aceh culture and tourism office

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer trust and customer commitment on customer loyalty both partially and simultaneously on Bank Syariah Indonesia Customers at the Banda Aceh Branch Office. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results of the study indicate that partially customer trust has an effect on customer loyalty. Customer commitment also partially has an effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously customer trust and customer commitment have an effect on customer loyalty
