Abstract

Transformative leadership is one of the effective leadership styles in improving employee performance. Pengayoman Hospital Cipinang East Jakarta as one of the private hospitals in East Jakarta, needs effective leadership to improve the performance of its employees. This study aims to analyze the relationship between transformative leadership and employee performance at Pengayoman Cipinang Hospital, East Jakarta. Methods: This study uses a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research sample consisted of 40 respondents from Cipinang Pengayoman Hospital, East Jakarta, which were randomly selected. The results of the study show that this correlation shows a strong positive relationship between the two variables with a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000, where an increase in Transformational Leadership tends to be followed by an increase in Performance. Conclusion: This study concludes that transformative leadership has a positive and significant relationship with employee performance at Pengayoman Hospital Cipinang East Jakarta. Therefore, it is recommended that the leadership of the East Jakarta Cipinang Nursing Hospital improve its transformative leadership skills to improve the performance of its employees. Abstract

Ketuban pecah dini (KPD) merupakan pecahnya selaput ketuban sebelum proses persalinan dimulai. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) pada tahun 2017 Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di dunia masih tinggi dengan jumlah 289.000 jiwa. Tahun 2020 Pravalensi KPD di dunia mencapai 2-10% dan KPD mempengaruhi sekitar 5-15% dari kehamilan dengan insidensi tertinggi berada di Afrika. Komplikasi akibat KPD adalah infeksi dalam persalinan dan nifas, partus lama, meningkatnya tindakan secsio sesarea (SC). KPD juga memberi risiko pada janin yaitu prematuritas (sindrom distress pernafasan, hipotermia, masalah pemberian makan neonatal), morbiditas dan mortalitas perinatal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional study. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang ada di RSUD Kota Sabang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu 320 orang. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-Square Test pada tingkat kemaknaannya yaitu 95% (P<0,05).Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan paritas ( p-value= 0,007), usia kehamilan (p-value= 0,000), dan cairan amnion (p-value= 0,000) dengan kejadian ketuban pecah dini. Tidak terdapat hubungan kelainan letak janin dengan kejadian ketuban pecah dini dimana nilai p-value= 0,469.
