Abstract

This study aims to find out more deeply about the buying interest held by shopee e-commerce users who choose a digital shopping method using the Shopee Live feature. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of people choosing to use digital technology to fulfill one of their life needs. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis and collecting data by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the quality of Shopee Live from beauty brand A has a good level of quality, with the results of the analysis that the existing broadcasters are able to provide informative product explanations. Discounts are a way to increase consumer buying interest. In addition to discounts, reviews of consumer satisfaction also play a role in building buyer confidence to use the product. Consumers who are satisfied will form consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of interest and learning satisfaction on student online learning at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Jakarta. The background of this study comes from changes in the education system due to the COVID-19 pandemic which requires learning to be done online. This study examines the relationship between the effectiveness of online learning and students' interest and satisfaction levels. The results show that interest and learning satisfaction have a significant effect on students' online learning. Although there are obstacles such as poor internet connection and lack of interaction from lecturers in the implementation of online learning. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions in the development of learning methods as well as practical recommendations for lecturers and higher education institutions in improving the quality of online learning as well as the level of student interest and satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengajuan anggaran (Si Anggar), seberapa efektif dan efisien Sistem Pengajuan Anggaran (Si Anggar) dalam mendukung proses administrasi keuangan, dan dampak keberadaan sistem pengajuan anggaran (Si Anggar) Yayasan Asrama Pelajar Islam. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, untuk memberikan gambaran secara menyeluruh mengenai sistem pengajuan anggaran. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan, developer, dan keuangan yang setiap hari berhubungan dan menggunakan Si Anggar. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Pengajuan Anggaran (Si Anggar) di Yayasan Asrama Pelajar Islam merupakan sistem berbasis website yang dirancang untuk mendigitalisasi proses pengajuan, validasi, dan persetujuan anggaran. Penerapan sistem ini telah meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan kolaborasi antarunit, serta mengurangi ketergantungan pada proses manual dan penggunaan kertas. Meskipun masih terdapat tantangan teknis dan keterbatasan fitur, tingkat kepuasan pengguna cukup tinggi berkat kemudahan akses dan fleksibilitas yang ditawarkan. Dengan pengembangan dan integrasi sistem yang lebih baik, Si Anggar berpotensi menjadi dasar yang kuat untuk tata kelola administrasi yang lebih modern dan efektif di lingkungan yayasan. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini bisa memberikan saran dan pandangan mengenai sistem pengajuan anggaran yang dapat diperbaiki di masa mendatang.
