Abstract

Religious moderation can be internalized from an early age to form a moderate character in society. The Baitul Ibadah Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) in Braja Indah is a strategic place to teach the values ​​of religious moderation to students, especially considering the ethnic diversity that exists. This research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model to produce a learning module based on religious moderation. After going through the development stages, the resulting teaching module was declared valid by experts. The assessment shows that the module meets the validation criteria and can be used as effective teaching material. Module Validity: The average score from the validator assessment indicates that the module meets the valid criteria. Module Practicality: The results of the ustadzah assessment show that the module is very practical to use in learning. Module Effectiveness: The percentage of students' learning completion reached 80%, indicating that the module was effective in increasing students' understanding of religious moderation. The development of a Koran Education Park learning module based on the values ​​of religious moderation can increase students' understanding of indicators of religious moderation.

Abstract

Make up artist merupakan salah satu profesi yang berkecimpung dalam seni tata rias. Tujuan mulia dari usaha Herlin Makeup Artist adalah memudahkan para wanita yang ingin tampil lebih memukau tanpa harus mengeluarkan budget yang besar serta untuk mereka yang tidak memiliki skill lebih dalam bermake-up. Keinginan wanita untuk mempercantik diri melalui rias sangat tinggi namun tidak semua wanita dapat merias dirinya sendiri dengan baik dan sempurna. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan jasa make-up artist agar dapat mengubah penampilan mereka pada saat menghadiri acara tertentu. Kami melayani make-up untuk segala acara diantaranya pernikahan, pertunangan, wisuda, pesta, dan lain sebagainya, dengan berbagai jenis tampilan, seperti Barbie look, Korean look, glam look, Arabian look, dan masih banyak lagi.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state . Character is the universal valuesof human behavior that includes all human activities, both in the context of relating to God, with oneself, with fellow humans, as well as with the environment, which are manifested in thoughts, attitudes, feelings, words, and actions based on norms. Religious norms, laws, etiquette, culture, and customs of Madrasas play a role in producing students who are smart in science, but also in character and personality. Through the example of Islamic figures and scholars discussed in Islamic Cultural History learning, especially the patience, persistence, and fortitude of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, his companions, scholars, and great figures in Islam so that some characters are built for students such as: religious, honest, disciplined, responsible, independent, social care and hard work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green marketing and omnichannel on purchasing decisions with disruptive marketing innovation as a mediating variable in environmentally friendly batik MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method targeting Zie Batik Semarang consumers who have purchased products online and offline. Primary data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that green marketing does not have a significant effect on purchase decisions. Omnichanel have a significant effect on purchase decision. Green marketing does not have a significant effect on disruptive marketing innovation. Omnichanel have a significant effect on disruptive marketing innovation. Disruptive marketing innovation have a significant effect on purchase decision. Disruptive marketing innovation is unable to mediate the effect of green marketing on purchase decisions. Disruptive marketing innovation is able to mediate the effect of omnichannel on purchase decisions. These findings indicate that the implementation of sustainable marketing strategies integrated with omnichannel systems and adaptive marketing innovations can increase consumer purchasing decisions in environmentally friendly batik SMEs. This study is expected to serve as a reference for SME players in designing relevant marketing strategies in the era of digital disruption.
