Abstract

The scientific approach in Islamic Religious Education aims to increase students' understanding through critical and creative thinking processes. Strategies that can be used by students include Problem-Based Learning (PBL), which focuses on students as the center of learning. This research aims to 1) analyze teacher strategies in optimizing PBL in PAI learning in Class XI of SMAN 1 Petir and 2) analyze the challenges faced in implementing PBL in PAI Learning in Class The research method used is a qualitative method, the data collection technique is through observation, interviews with PAI teacher informants/respondents at SMAN 1 Petir and documentation. The results of this research are 1) The teacher's strategy for optimizing PBL in PAI learning at SMAN 1 Petir is by guiding students through each stage of PBL, providing clear instructions at each stage and integrating technology into learning, such as the use of digital media; videos, powerpoints and the internet to explore teaching materials to make them broader and more varied so as to increase the effectiveness of the learning process and increase student activity in each learning process. 2) The challenges that occur in implementing PBL are the lack of student participation, especially in group discussions and time management during the learning process, because PBL learning has many learning stages so it requires quite a long time

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven significant transformation in the education system which includes curriculum development. This research aims to analyze how technology integration can be optimized in the development of the basic education curriculum, taking into account the dynamics that occur in education. This research method uses a documentation study approach to various literature. This research identifies strategies, challenges and opportunities in implementing educational technology. The research results show that technology integration not only increases the accessibility and effectiveness of learning, but also encourages changes in pedagogical paradigms, the role of teachers, and a curriculum approach that is more adaptive to digital developments. The success of this integration is determined by factors such as progressive education policies, teacher technopedagogical competence, equitable infrastructure, digital literacy, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Abstract

Pengembangan karir berkelanjutan menjadi isu krusial bagi tenaga kependidikan di era transformasi digital dan globalisasi pendidikan yang menuntut adaptasi terhadap perubahan yang dinamis dan kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi perencanaan dan pengembangan profesional yang efektif untuk membangun jenjang karir berkelanjutan tenaga kependidikan, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengembangan karir, serta mengembangkan model terintegrasi yang aplikatif untuk konteks pendidikan Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka dari artikel-artikel ilmiah dan buku referensi asli dan artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu empat tahun terakhir (2022-2025), dengan analisis data melalui teknik content analysis dan thematic analysis untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan konsep kunci dalam literatur. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengembangan karir berkelanjutan memerlukan transformasi dari model linear tradisional menuju pendekatan dinamis-adaptif yang mengintegrasikan strategi berbasis kompetensi, pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, dan pembangunan jaringan kolaboratif profesional dalam satu ekosistem yang koheren. Penelitian menghasilkan Model Ekosistem Karir Terintegrasi yang menggabungkan agensi individual, dukungan organisasi, dan faktor lingkungan sebagai kontribusi teoretis untuk pengembangan karir tenaga kependidikan. Rekomendasi utama meliputi pengembangan infrastruktur digital untuk manajemen karir, penguatan program mentoring, reformasi kebijakan yang mendukung mobilitas karir, dan implementasi bertahap melalui pilot project dengan keterlibatan berbagai stakeholder. Keterbatasan penelitian terletak pada fokus kajian literatur empat tahun terakhir dan belum melibatkan validasi empiris lapangan, sehingga penelitian selanjutnya perlu mengeksplorasi implementasi praktis model dengan pendekatan mixed-methods yang lebih komprehensif.
